Hi Mervyn, bike looks class! Can you tell me where you picked up the tail tidy from? I'm seeing lots of them online but can't make out if they are for older T7's vs 2023 models.
your small bikes off road thinking is why i am going with the vstrom 800de, the t7 is a good bike, but for me its an overweight dirtbike. These tires is what i have in mind for it though!
Bike looks amazing, great choice of can, I'm not a fan of the high level ones, much prefer yours, keeps the original Dakar look of the bike, tail tidy sharpens it up a treat... I've had GS's for the last decade but this new Yam has really caught my eye ... they're gonna sell bloody thousands of em !!! Enjoy 😉
Fantastic, video bike looks excellent with a new HP course exhaust I went through the same dilemma with SC projects. I eventually got the exhaust after six weeks of waiting. I was also going to buy the HP course and can they both look fantastic.
I like your new bike Merv 👍 With the 2 hondas recon you’ve got a real choice of rides !! Iv an original white/red t7 , 11 thousand miles and totally bombproof !! Bin looking at the 890advR next but have to say the world raid is starting to get a fan base now !! MAD tv Australia has just done an epic on them !! Think it’s the sensible choice 👍👍 Watched your Morocco trip , sad to hear about the earthquake and great loss of life there . Hope the rest of the world steps up and helps those people out !! Lookin forward to more from you , 300rally or world raid 👍💪🍺

I think all the T7 back ends are all the same. I’m not 100% sure but I think that’s an R&G tail tidy I got for this one.
Lovely part of the country for biking and hiking. Only problem is that everyone knows. Enjoyable watch

Yeah I’m loving it. Just done a 940km trip over two days on it and really couldn’t fault it.
