- Hello and welcome back to the tribe,
my fellow tribesmen today I am poking my nose in to the second most subjective matter in life, Force feedback settings, where the first being "showering in the morning or at night". So here you are; best realistic and enhanced FFB settings for Assetto Corsa 2023. These might work very well with Thrustmaster T300 RS and TX wheels! And would work with all others too, such as Logitech G29, G923, G920.

This is by far the best channel I've come across regarding assetto corsa settings. Thank you bro
I am on the old T500rs+Th8a with a 20kg load cell modded break and additional cooling for the motor (all DIY).
It still rocks for me...especially in VR. Obviously I could use more Nm and more precision from the DD wheels but maybe just going to buy the new DD wheelbase from Thrusmaster and keep using everything as it is. I will try your settings tonight and report back.
I created a custom LUT file for my wheel and set ONLY 57% for overall strength forces in Thrustmaster control panel. This gave me a nice steady power curve on the graph. It made the game a lot more enjoyable and gave me more control near the limits. The wheel feels better in every way possible.
Great video.
Thank you for sharing these tips with us :D
i have a G25 and all i do was copy your settings and this give my wheel more realistic feel thanks man
Just perfect with t300rs, thank you 🎉❤
Thank u.. i subbed.
I have the T818 so my settings will be a bit different than yours, but also with a T300 I can really, really recommend to turn on 'more physically accurate gyro implementation'. Leave that at 25% strength, personally I also enabled Output real steering forces but that's only for DD bases.
thank you for this video
your enhanced settings are almost identical to what I'm using for my G27
I was using a lot less gain @ 78% to let's see what it feel like increased
thx mate, improvet my driving in ac so much......
Happy to help
Thanks, useful information well explained and rarely covered.
Glad it was helpful! So nice of you to leave feedback, cheers!
I don't even have a wheel still i watched the whole tutorial
Oh thank you!
I'm getting my wheel on Tuesday. I'm very excited and it's my first time using one .😁 It's the T300 RS GT.
You'r high?
I have a wheel and I did not watch the whole video. But I did get the information I needed. Thank you. Keep it up, please.
@@ANB2743_that’s what I have. Bought it 2 years ago. Still going strong
Thank you!!
Most welcome. Have fun!
EXACTLY my settings except the additional Effects, but you explained that part perfectly also!
edit: As some said, use FFB Post Processing! This will change a lot in positive direction!!!!!
Hey buddy thanks a lot for the tips. It does feel better. I want to ask since Im new to wheel (I have the same t300 as you) on AC PC, but I have driven a lot on ps4 (AC and GT sport).
I have some weird issues I am not sure I understand and maybe you can shed some light on them;
1. Some mods have very stiff feeling when driving. some mods have neutral feel. Is that something you can also change in the mod setting? Or that is that + and - you mentioned? Doesnt seem to have much effect.
2. I have updated all needed for the wheel, but sometimes after calibration the pedals for each mod is different. not linear, though calibrated in control panel and adjusted in game, some cars are either 1. almost nothing till I fully press the pedal or 2. tiny spongebob tap (from that episode) and the car is going nuts with rpm.
I hope you can tell me what can I do to make them feel better. thank you!
I lost my whole sim rig in an accident, so I am saving up for a new setup. I save these videos so when I come back I can come back even better than before! I know the basics now, no more noob fumbling around the tracks, I will be in leagues and a top player if I try. My heart aches to race
At the end in FFB tweaks, it could be worth modifying wheel peak force to match what your wheel has. I think it might possibly amplify clipping otherwise if set too far high
Thanks for the tip!
That setting is for Direct drive wheels.
I am using the gyroscopic effect with 80% damper wich is a must in AC !
What track/lap timer is that? It looks amazing
Natural Settings are amazing dude!
Glad you like them!
great video
Thank you, hope it finds some use, nothing fancy really.
@@SIMTRIBE But already help
Thank you!
When I initially got my G29 i left most as is, with only the addition of an LUT file from a youtube video.
However recently ive found some of the effects cause my wheel to be excessively noisy at hight ffb values, so hopefully applying some of this will help
Most welcome. It is extremely subjective, no matter what settings you apply, it all comes to what you like at the end. Have fun experimenting!
the g29 is noisy af no matter what you do... i have g923 and same, is the gear engine
Belt driven is really great in that matter. I had a driving force gt before and t300rs really liberated my simracing. I could race any time of the day.
@@SIMTRIBE that is so cool.. i have uploaded some videos playing with g923 but while recording it was a fking nightmare lol
Finally! a real realistic settings
Brother what's the Porsche in the videos Thumbnail and thank you for the FFB settings
what is the name of that forest track you are driving?
Would this work with a Thrustmaster TX leather edition? The wheel is quite similar to the t300 rs
You should enable more physically accurate gyro simulation under FFB tweaks.
Thanks, when I go to the site for your Natural and enhanced, it asks If I want to apply in content manager but when I click, it doesn't go to content manager and I still only have the in game presets plus my TSPC racer file. Is there a separate download?
How to adjust the T300 RS GT Edition steering wheel
FreeRoam rides then to factories
and drifting?
I've been messing with the settings for several years now and it's still not the same
I am completely disappointed
What track is that? can you link that please?
For the pedal why is my throttle pedal being shared between clutch i just want to use throttle pedal for gas
Give me please link for this lively wallpaper :3
I have been having a problem with the feedback setup for a while now. Where it is set for each car it defaults to 100, but for me this scale started to increase progressively as I started driving. I deleted the "controls.ini" and "ffb post process" files and made new settings. Instead of getting better, it began to progressively fall below 100. So neither with one nor with the others is it as I remembered it. This has never happened to me before. I have no idea what it could be because I've tried all kinds of variations in the settings. I turned various things on and off, but nothing affected this effect. If you have any idea what is causing it I would be very happy to help.
What's the track you are driving?
my g29 does nothing but center spring in content manager no force feed back at all.
I have a t150, I will experience and give feedback😉
Umarım faydası dokunur, selam.
these settings are so far from mine and i find mine to be super realistic. I have control panel settings to Overall 100, Constant 100, other 3 at 0. Boost Off and Auto-Centre set to By The Wheel and at 0%. In game Gain set to 60% (anything higher and it clips within AC) everything else to 0. This gives a very light wheel but it still firms up as you turn and you can feel every tiny little bit of information coming through it. IRL (as you said in the vid) the only thing you feel thru the wheel is turning force and under/over steer. everything else you actually feel thru the car - even if you hit a big bump IRL it is still not felt thru the wheel, unless you hit it on an angle it physically turns the wheels and therefore turns the steering wheel. Try it and see what you think.
Personally I find 'soft lock' a must, especially if realistic is what you're after.
Could you please tell me where that Is on the settings?
@@cyafuture in content manager, ‘controls’ ffb page
@@Picks_Productions thank you!
Thanks a lot, the changes we´re great, but now idk why my wheel when breaking under 50 km/h starts to vibrate, and its not like abs vibration, do u know what it could be ? and if can ask, do u know how "increase" braking, i feel like im not using even the brakes almost
You can reduce slip effect if you are using enhanced settings. And for increased brake feel decrease braking gamma on axis page to 1. I guess you were used to direct brake input rather than a delayed one, which gamma is doing
Its actually a matter of your FFB value is exceeding the road value, i trouble shot this indepth for my G29. Make sure ABS value is at 0. Then turn your FFB value to a lower setting and raise the ffb for the car in game. Hope this helps
@@SIMTRIBE im using the natural one, and the slip is on 0%, it kinda got fixed after unplugin it and plugin it back, but now its around 70 km/h it vibrates for 2 sec and then its alright
Did anyone with a G923, G29, etc, try this? For the longest time ever, I've been trying to find a great ffb setup but every single setup has clipping.
So you run default settings???
You should check the Soft lock option in FFB/Miscellaneous, that way CM will adjust and match the rotation degree of your wheel with the real rotation of any car you drive.
You better activate the Hard Lock for the T300
@@jeremietoussaint4085 I have TS-PC not T300
@@jeremietoussaint4085what does hardlock do
you should activate force feedback post processing and create a custom lut using wheelcheck and lutgenerator, not simply putting those settings, the custom curve will be genrated for your specific motor and will increase the feedback you get by a loooot
Yes to all what you say, I am totally with you. But I guess diminishing returns would be taking its effect. I mean feedback will be pronounced, but to what extent. Let's keep experimenting. Super thanks for sharing Francesco! Cheers!
Wheelcheck and lut is only for logitech wheels
@@sayreharder1541 not sure what you were trying to say but the lut is to ensure linear ffb, which thrustmaster wheels have from the factory
FFB PP always results in crazy clipping on my TX. can I solve this?
you don't need LUT on wheel like this, LUT's are mostly for lower end gear
I tried your settings and like them, but AC keeps warning me to reduce my gain ffb, i even dropped to 50% and still warns me. I dont get this. No matter what i do the damn thing keeps warning me.
A sim feels dead already because it is unrealistic with no gforces ect, so to kill the road feelings in the wheel would just make it dull to me. I use tactile shakers under the seat and pedals which helps allot.
what track/map is this?
gooday sir are you running in what monitor resolution are you using 1080p 1440p 2k or 2160p 4k?
Good day! I am using 4k Resolution.
Bro what map where you driving? That map is gorgeous
First one? Gunsai Touge track. projectkaido.weebly.com/
so my g27, im having a strange issues out of nowhere, basically my wheel is going all the way one direction when im not actively having to steer, like in drifting, or when the wheel turns itself like when trying to catch grip during oversteer, where the wheel moves itself, any solution?
maybe try to invert your ffb in the settings, and do NOT use hardware lock(it mess up your cars steering range, making every car turns 900 degres). g27 + h shifter owner here!
How or where can I get that Porsche in the thumbnail?
Pleeeease let us know.

What car is this? Is it a free mod?
What track is the one at the start of the video??

Dude, that track in the intro?

Oh man i have a MOZA R12 and CRP loadcell pedals its like 6× more powerful than a t300
which map and car is it in the beginning

Hi
Hey there! :)

1080 degrees is far from the optimal setting but the best is 900 degrees, everyone knows that and 100% for brake loll,it's a joke
soft look on! why off......this setup no real
👎
ehehe this are very lame settings. Delate the vid xD. I have 2189 hr in this game curently using thrustmaster tc pc racer wheel
dont try this setting if you use g29, absolutely disaster and completely bs.
My wheel just vibrates and spins left I can't do this bro😢
