Damn. The only thing better than their chemistry together is their acting. They match each other beat for beat. They start off with great dialogue and they make it even better.
Maxine knows what she is doing: such a well written dialogue. Aaron accepting Seb is really important. But most importantly I am so glad Robert is not making this too easy for either of them.
"She didn't breaks up Robert,we did!!" - this is the moment that I knew the dialogue for this episode was spot on! Finally, the writers are able to understand and see this storyline the way we did for months.
Ryan says so much with so little.. Robert's tone at 'hurt' and 'ill' breaks my heart. He regrets what he's done so much. Talking about Seb and Rebecca, it's like he can't believe Aaron's giving him another chance.. And then pulling back, his resigned voice and the pain in his eyes kill me all over again. I'm sure he is afraid of getting hurt himself, but he's TERRIFIED of hurting Aaron again. Ugh.. My heart.
Just realized the way Robert looks Aaron when he says if you don't want me anymore he's eyes are like this guy is mad lol how does he not see I lol him and would die for him Ryan expressions say so much .......

4 months later I come back to watch and I am finding new things like the way Aaron smiles after he and Robert start holding hands! 😍 It's the little details like that you gotta love
The chemistry between Robert and Aaron is insane and the fact both actors are straight this is what good acting looks like. They totally captivate their audience. I am crying for gawd sake lol !!!!

I don't label people , I think it's part of the draw that they play lovers and are gay so we are rooting for them. I for one am pretty tired of watching movies soaps that always has one of the gay protagonist dying or getting AIDS which is not the reality. My son has been married to my beautiful son in law for seven years and still in love. Gay love is love. Life happens to them the same as it happens to us. No different!!!!

I like how they slowly came to this with valentines and the near kiss and Aaron realising he still love Robert instead of this just happening it all came together after a while

Listening to his reasons make us understand why he did what he did in 2019. It's just so heartbreaking. For someone who is smug and arrogant, robert doesn't even believe in himself and will continue to believe each words his father told him. He said it, he is a terrible person. He is convinced that whatever he does, he is a bad person. We talk a lot about the Aaron's mental health but robert... so many people live that too, they are their own enemy. They have this voice in their head who repeat what some people told them, that they don't worth it. The worst part is it happens to be proven unvoluntary because many people like chas or paddy, they just wait to be right and they don't let them a chance to be better. Robert is very lonely. I don't agree with people who said he was born like this, he is the fruit of the andy and jack's lies and complicity. I think if Jack saw what he did to his son, he would had try to help him but well he doesn't see the future. But again, for robert, i think he will live with that all his life, with this loneliness in his heart. It's tragic. Anyway, this episode is beautiful and so romantic. It's always a real joy to rewatch it.
That voice crack when Aaron says, "At least tell me why!" was just heartbreaking. Danny Miller is absolutely phenomenal! Wow!
