What I loved most about the episode is the fact that is was happy and cute amidst all the carnage that has happened is the fact it stayed true to them and their relationship.

Anyone watching these scenes over and over. The Emmerdale staff must have a few writers who write on archive of their own fan fiction website I am convinced of this. Robert story about Jack Sugden not accepting his sexuality was first written by someone on that website.
Andrew Simpson Absolutely!! I started uploading these so I could watch over and over. Maxine Alderton writes the best Robron episodes and really does seem to know what the fans want. She's a huge fan herself and was selected to write last weeks Robron episode because of that. She also wrote this episode.
For a moment there I was really afraid they would do amnesia story for robron, but luckily they didn't go there. And talking about 'lucky', like Whites would do their own laundry.That has to the most unrealistic bit Emmerdale has ever shown!
Worst writing in Emmerdale for ages. Ashley was the best story from the crash, the rest absolute soap rubbish- though Emma in a wedding dress will live long in my memory. I mean who locks a teenager in a boot, drives around Yorkshire then blames them for getting out! Who dives back in the lake to get an engagement ring- if Robert is that rich ( which he should be from bleeding the Whites dry) buy another one! How did Lochlan get out the boot anyone when car boots i England only open from the outside. Absolute RUBBISH
