Aaron is so completely comfortable and confident when he has Robert around, he has proved to him that he is worth loving and that he loves him for who he is. Robert really is Aaron ' s home and vice versa

I've watched this five to twenty times a day for a month and I still can't stop smiling. They may be just acting but gaaahd dang the way they play the whole story up to this point (I'm not even mentioning Wedding 1 and 2 yet) just feels like a friggin actual relationship. Kill me with the kind of happiness this kind of story just brings. The way they automatically get the right kind of track thinking wise and feeling wise just by being with the one's they love, the way the saying 'everything is just falling into place' the right kind of way and just wanting to do all things set just because life feels perfect. I just. I can't get over this. Maybe for years even.
The ring scene ❤️. Guess is straight back to being husbands. Makes sense because Robert always, always saw Aaron as his husband, whether they were together or not. Think I’m gonna enjoy this Robert vs. Joe feud.
I don't think Emmerdale even does that with straight couples, but yeah, I wanted to at least see them waking up next to each other. In the affair days we had a couple of those scenes, and the pre car crash episode has the most Robron nudity to date.

Whats with the animosity towards Robert all of a sudden from Tate? also very mature incorrectly and knowingly calling someones name twice, what are you four. Tate is getting on my nerves already. At least Robert carries his arrogance with style.
They are connected in multiple ways. Robert's dad had an affair with Joe's mom if I remember correctly (beside the fact that they are also step-cousins). It will be interesting to see how those two interact in the future. And I agree, Smugden has more style.

It's understandable that he doesn't remember everyone from the village. And them being step-related doesn't mean much when he probably doesn't even remember his mother, since she died when he was very young.
