To start it, does the shaft turn counter clockwise or clockwise? I’m trying to start mine and it won’t start. I’m turning clockwise. Thanks!

It's a 30 size with 550 blades.They came in 50 size also with 600 blades.Similar to a Raptor 30 or 50.
