Had a few more flights with us after you left Jeff, we’ll happy with it! I must have had it 10 years + by now, crashed and rebuilt it twice in that time!! then it sat on the shelf for three or four years !! Once I get back in the swing of it properly, it’ll be wireless trainer time for you ;-)
I have a video in my channel of my century hawk with toki 40 with toki muffler i sold her like 8 years ago or so. I wish I kept it. I have just built a Raptor 30 v2 I just have to put together the links in their right length. Glue the plastic blade holder to the wooden blade there so much to do. I'm just ordered last month from mecoa toki muffler and a os 37 from ebay that is brand new. :D I flew so much heli but stop at 2015. Recently last year i built a small flybar 450 helicopter from scaleflying. Heli frame only cost 30 something lol. Are you still flying ur hawk or any heli?
What I love about Helicopters.... Is 1) Doesn't Fly by it self 2) Their a challenge 3) It's like balancing a ball on the tip of a pen. 3) Their complicated 4) Scary as hell make my whole boddy wobble like a unbalance rotor blade. 5) Their so fun to build takes actually skills and brain thinking :) oh 6) So much part prone for more failure
Hey John .. thanks for taking a look .. this was the first time I have watched a nitro heli fly .. exciting and scary at the same time .. I'm. Sure there will b more vids to come ..Dan is just getting the feel back after not flying it for years.. Thanks👍
Lol .. I just read the 'what was Dan messing with' ..then read this .. It's an awesome sound ..but I gotta admit I was scared !! I hid behind my van when he was setting it up .. he deffanately has a knack for anything that flies .. Cheers Kev
I just got myself a Century Hawk III with a Thunder Tiger 36 Pro. Can't wait to get it in the air. Been wearing out your video in anticipation. Great flying!
Cool video. By the way this isn't a Century Hawk. It's a Century Hawk Pro. Man I want to get a new in box kit. I recently got a Thunder Tiger Raptor 30 v2 and I'm 90 percent there of being built. Hours and hours of building her. Two days evening maybe close to 20 hours into the build. I take my time!! Make sure it's build currectly because these heli including Century Hawk are antique now and discontinuse :(
@@highflying82 U mean the flutter blade makes especially in 3d? LOL Love the sound. Is you're friend selling his hawk? Does he still have it? And why don't you get into flying helicopter. Loose that fear :)

That's what Dan was playing with awesome jeff Dan certainly has the thumbs and the sound was fantastic when the blades beat the air🚁

right u are ..it is a pro .. heli's scare me lol .. that Doppler noise as the heli flicks around the sky .. enjoy your build and happy landings 👍😎
