I have an Aunt who sings just like Patty Loveless. She looks a lot like her too. She is a real Christian and sings in Church. It’s kind of surreal to listen to Patty and look at her.
Appalachian Mountain Music is the greatest in the world. Patty is so talented, not to mention Ricky and Carmella. This was a great piece for them. So glad we can still hear it years later.

The fastest way to turn a 500 member church into a 50 member church is to start preaching truth from the pulpit, and the donation plate can't stand that. You can look at what happened to Jesus as proof of my point. I always say, if you start preaching the truth in church, and you refuse to shut up, the church will eventually drag you up a hill and nail you to a tree.
