I got a brand new one but whenever I press the start button it doesn't work and all the buttons don't work except the volume button so if anyone knows how to fix that plz tell me
I'd return and get a different one. Sounds like yours is messed up.

I believe pushing the power and 1 of the volume buttons simultaneously.
