Just a quick 1st look at the ESS Dual sound system

I finally found a video where it explains the configuration of the type of battery and the alarm to go off when it is low at min 10:06 thank you very much for the information, above all I had the doubt if I could use it with nimh batteries. =D

I've had this sound box on my trx4 for a few years now and always check on the website a few times a year to see if any sounds have been added but in all the time I've owned it I can only see one new one for crawlers I.e diesel. TD5 by Dennis dekker. But can only use custom sounds for the aux (horn) but as I've found a few great free downloads on the Internet but can't use them on the throttle side. It's a shame that sense haven't really made anymore new sounds for it as I am bored of the sounds they provide by now. :(

It would fit easy an there's plenty of engine sounds for none crawlers even boats and planes
On the TRX4 where does the yellow aux wire plug into ? I would like to add a horn or machine gun sound.
You need a spare channel from you transmit and receiver, if your running stock it has no free channels
Hello. I can’t make the RCPLUS software detect my ESS dual. Contacted Sense Innovations but got no response. Do you happen to have an older version of it? I heard 1.8 works well. Thank you!
I have latest version and works fine, does your pc detect the ess when you plug it in ?

When I plug it in, it says "Connecting..." for 10-15 seconds then says "Device Connection Failed [COM3]". I tried this with and without a battery but got the same result.

Nope I show in the vid you use the servo plug with all 3 wires :)

the video is a little old by now but i just gotten the ESS-One+ and trying to follow steps online but i've gotten nothing but errors when i either try to download the files or upload a file. it's so far very frustrting to use, any ideas?

@@WTFRCCars appreciate the response. If you can find the time to check it would be greatly appreciated. I really wanna enjoy the product as it sounds great but without the programming it's not worth a lot for me.
