But the uploaded form matches the original form that the PO delivered by bus to Bomas, meaning either the hacker changed the results to the original figures or he hacked the physical form inside the SEALED ballot box as the PO transported in the bus! The hacker also changed ALL the copies Form 34A form that the 4 presidential candidate agents made, the media, observers, and the one outside the polling station.
