Modern security systems only have 2FA, which has two checks: when both are TRUE, access is granted; otherwise, access is denied. Azimio could have attacked the numbers and results, demonstrating variance and variability of figures reported by the ROs versus what IEBC was reporting. Leave out irrelevant claims and arguments. The petitioners bear the burden of proof on a BALANCE OF PROBABILITIES, as is the degree of proof required in the petition.
