Today I'm going to talk about one of the features included in the recent game update, which is the return of our beloved life state, PlantSim! .
NOTE:

Sims 2: Yay! Genetic mutations!
Sims 3: Yay! Scientific research!
Sims 4: oh you made it here is your -green skin- prize

When I saw this update, I really wanted to come back to playing sims 4 for a bit, just for plantsims. But now that I saw this video, I feel like there is no need to, I already saw everything it has to offer which is barely anything :D
+Laura R Yes, but the challenge is really fun & difficult if you don't cheat! I'm so thankful +onlyabidoang put out this video since it reminded me that if I don't complete it, which I am in danger of doing since I have only collected 4 beans so far, I can still get the tree with "Showhiddenobjects" :-)
well for me personally there is no fun in even trying to complete it, knowing that you can only be a plantsim for 5 days and can't have plantsim babies. I'm glad others are having fun with the game but I prefer playing sims 3 and watching videos about sims 4 to feel that I'm not missing much by not playing it :D
Suggestions:
Female Plant Sim should have vines for hair, and maybe flowers that bloom in spring?
Plant Sim Bassinet.
Plant Sims should have more abilities and varying skin colors with lime-white to dark forest green.
Aliens becoming plant sims should be like Alien-plants! (purple, teal, magenta colors, tentacle-vines for hair)
Plant Sims should have leafy hairstyles.
This makes me really miss the sims 3. I wish EA still put stuff out for ts3. I feel like the sims 4 is an app compared to other games lol

Flamo Overburn Which came out in a FUCKING 2014!! 2018 is coming very soon and they didn't do ANYTHING. Only 3 expansions and lot of those stupid stuff packs and game packs are not making this game more likeable. You can see that they don't care for Sims anymore. In Sims 2 and 3 you could see how much work and love was poured into those games. I don't see that in Sims 4... When it came out it already dissapointed ALOT of sims fans. No baby, no pools, no ghosts to have fun with. Shortly Sims 4 is going to be 4 years old very soon and you still think that it is a 'new game'?
Flower Studio Well actually, it's still quite new in retrospect.
I understand you may be upset that they haven't put as many expansions and started off slow with toddlers, pools, ghosts, etc. But they've done a brilliant job with the graphics and the very smart AI. (I use the term "very smart" lightly as they still have their moments.)
And remember, the cats and dogs expansion packs is coming out soon, and according to their blog about it, they say that they think it will be their best one yet, so don't critisize too much.
They've also done a lot of work with patching bugs that may disrupt a players game or their sims experience, which at the beginning, was a lot of hard work as there were a lot of bugs.
New content is also worked on constantly, and testing, numerous retests, and new animations for the new content with the amazing graphics is certainly time consuming.
Don't rush them, they're doing their best.
However, if you don't appreciate them for all they've done, you can simply stop complaining and go play the other 3 games they put out.
Options are limitless.

I think EA has just seperated sims 3 University Life.Because bowling stuff and PlantSim were included in University life before.

This is why I still play Sims 3.
***** I do play Sims 4 but I still like Sims 3 better. I do wish somethings like eating and talking, different emotions, and a love meter was on Sims 3 but it doesn't bother me that much. I'm hoping Sims 4 DLCs become better soon so that I can enjoy both of them equally but for now Sims 3 better. (Not trying to change anyone's opinion, Sims 4 is a good game but Sims 3 is better in *my opinion*.)

I watched the video in order to know if I would regret to have not bought the Sims 4, cause Plantsims are my favourite sims in all the games.
But I can't regret at all, how can you compare this to the ones from Sims 3 and even Sims 2 ? They must be joking... "yeah we put a green skin and green hair, and ooooh it's a plantsim !" Seriously ?

On the console version, the stump is always available and if you buy the level 10 gardening seed pack, you might get one of the beans. Also, you can use cheats to turn a sim into a plantsim by going into the a + b menu.
the sims 3 and sims 2 plant sims were so much better. especially in the sims 3. Maxis fleshed them out really well
I just wish the sims 4 was like the sims 3 with all the great content

there is also a plantsim cheat. turn on cheats and shift click your sim. there is an interaction to turn them into plantsim

I loved the Plant-Vampire Sim in the Sims 2.It was a very challenge! They need sunlight for living, but that also kill them
I hate a bit the Sims 4. And my next video idea would be."Why the Sims 4 is an update of the Sims 1" or "How the Sims 4 should be maked" It would be interesting a comparison between the new features from the Sims 1 to the Sims 2.And from the Sims 2 to the Sims 3 and from the Sims 3 to the Sims 4

you can also do Shift+Left click any Sim then click cheats need then youll see
And this is one of the reasons why I still play Sims 3.
The shorter way to become a plant sim is have cheats on then hold shift and click on a sim and there should be a option to make that sim a plant sim

*you can also obtain the seeds by opening rare seed packets, purchasable by reaching level 10 gardening on any sim, going to the computer and ordering rare seed packets. you can then open them to obtain the 6 different seeds*
I just went online the sims 4 and found the plant sim seed and made a toddler eat it and it was a baby plant sim!

*Or you can press shift+ctrl+c and type testingcheats on in the cheats bar, Then shift click in the sim you want it to be a plantsim and then the "Convertir en Simagreste" option will appear if u have it in spanish, and i guess it apears like "Convert to Plantsim or Make Plantsim" in english, im not sure cuz i have it in spanish tho
I figured out the if you take seeds from patchy you can also get those beans I got the playful ones from him

Its actually fun to be plantsim but now they removed them, luckily we still can be plant sim by cheats

You can just put testingcheats true then shift click a sim and it will say to transform into a plantsim. It's much quicker this way.
Man I hope the plantsim Life state is released in a pack or something

Use cheats to remove then re-add them to the family. They will be back to normal.
