what to do if the colour on the photo is colourful or error something like that . i really dont know what to i just use it for 3 days but sometimes the colour is blur or become colourful with some lines

@@PhotomartTV Hi. There was an error on my setup. When i found the accessories there was packed two different roles for paper. I have US version and the EU version . So this was the confusion.
