Sara I love all of your meditations. It used to be, when I first began, I had to listen and practice them over and over but now the nightly ones after a few deep breaths I have fallen deeply asleep and I thank you so much. During the day when I am anxious and I have time I run for my phone or computer and headset to listen to the ones on anxiety or worry. They calm me down and the breathing slows my heart rate. I just love what you do and how it has helped me. And I see how it is helping so many others.

Blessings to you all. The practice of mindfulness is the holistic process of becoming self aware in the current state of your physical, mental and spiritual existence. Our self mastery stems from the knowledge that our minds are very powerful and that it is constantly shaping our realities and the manner in which we engage in the world as we perceive it. Like the masterful captain of a ship at sea, we must navigate our way through the never-ending waves of our own thoughts and feelings, being able to discern those that have been artificially produced and unconsciously suppressed while accessing the inner compass of our greater selves as a guiding North Star. To be mindful is to also engage with intent in order to deliver meaning to our actions, to become one with our true nature to access the divine force so that we may manifest from true inspiration. Being mindful is to be in the here and now, where no past exists and no future need be concerned, the actively conscious form of surrendering. Carry no judgements, ill-will nor machinations of ever-morphing thoughts, as the practice of mindfulness is to reconnect us with those greater aspects of ourselves where kindness and compassion thrives. The mindfulness book "30 Days to Reduce Anxiety" by Harper Daniels is good. It has 30 exercises for meditation and mindfulness that are helpful and practical. Mindfulness is a game changer.
Love listening to these.. Always relaxing.. But never healed me of anything...

These meditations are perfect. czcams.com/users/postUgkxR50id-GIBIDuBvuBGenhx1O5zKIfCVNK him has a gentle, warm, pleasant voice (with a slight Scots accent). The words are simple and clear. The timing is perfect... just as you start to find your mind wandering, he says and if you find that your mind is wandering... . There is no background music and no noise in the background, only his peaceful and engaging voice. The length of the meditations (about 1/2 hour each) works well for me. I find that I tire of some meditations after frequent repetition, but that hasn't happened with this one. The metta lovingkindness meditation always feels right. Some meditation CDs I have tried have not felt right. The voice seemed hurried, or sounded tense; the background music seemed intrusive, or there were noises that interfered with concentration. This is just perfect as an introduction for new meditators, and it's also a meditation that I return to again and again. I'd give this more than five stars if that were an option. Even my students, who are not ordinarily very receptive to meditation, relax when they hear this one!
