    Gajrela Recipe
    Ingredients for Gajrela:
    Nurpur Full Cream Milk 2 liters
    Sugar 2 cups
    Carrots (shredded) 3 cups
    Rice (soaked) 1 cup
    Cardamom powder 1 tsp
    Ingredients for garnishing:
    Pistachio (crushed) as required
    Almonds (crushed) as required
    Whole almonds as required
    Directions for Gajrella:
    1- Take peeled carrots and shred them grater. Set aside.
    2- Put soaked rice into small pieces in your hands. Set aside.
    3- In a pan heat milk, when it starts boiling add soaked rice and cook for 8-10 mins.
    4- Now add carrots, mix well and add sugar, and cardamom powder and mix well.
    5- Cook the mixture over medium flame for 1 hour or until desired consistency has been reached.
    6- Garnish it with pistachio and almonds.
    7- Your Gajrela is ready.
    Preparation time: 15 minutes
    Cooking time: 1 hour
    Serving: 3-4
