Hello Mike, thank u for this video. I am new to using Roland bn20 and I am noticing that my prints are pixelated then it became banding so I did manual clean and did the powerful clean also hrs after the manual clean. It made the banding gone but the pixelated part is still there. I made sure file is saved CYMK. Do u think is still because of the humidity? Thank u in advance for ur help.
Typically pixelation of the image comes from the quality of the image. Can you send me a photo of what you’re seeing to mike@graphic-insights.com I might be able to help you better if I can see an example.
Hi Mike, Great channel. I have a question about a problem i have. I get white horizontal streak/damage on my prints. Hopefully with your experience you can help me with the cause of this problem. Hello, I was hoping you could help me. I replaced my capping station after only 6 months of use per the instructions from the company I purchased from. (they aren't that great) They also recommended that I change out my print head. Seems that they might have sent me a refurbished but charged full price. However with the new print head it's now banding. I can print white fine, black ok but anything with multiple colors is showing the banding. I've run multiple charges, head cleanings, flushed inks etc... NOTHING is working.
Sorry to hear you’re having issues. How does your test prints look? Are there any missing nozzles?
@@graphicinsights466 I'm not seeing but maybe one or two missing/broken lines. Most if not 99% of the nozzle check is coming in normal.
