Watch me work-do full set Gel X | Japanese Gels | Korean gel nails

Hey Nail Besties,
Today's video I'm sharing with you my run through of how I do a full set with Gel X (kiara sky full cover tips) This set took me about 2.5 hrs with nail art.
Now this is just how I do mine. I like to always give it one last shape to make it nice and crisp. Because gel do shrink a bit - filing at the end won't effect the nails when you do one last file. But if you feel to alway top again.

Curious if you’ve tried Kokoist mega stick base. I do rough up the underside of the faux nail with my efile but I don’t use any other products on my nail bed. I use it for my base and also to apply Kiara Sky full covers and I’ve never had any lifting and I’m so hard on my nails with my job. I just love that I get so much stick without having to use anything more on my natural nails.

I love experimenting on all the Japanese/korean gels that I can get my hands on. I have tried Kokoist mega stick base for the full cover tips and do like it. I do find it that with wearing Kokoist Mega stick base or their structure gels it wears "heavier" on my nails kind of like acrylic. Just means it'll hold Very well. I haven't had any issues with those products lifting so it a plus plus. 💖

Do you use rubbing alcohol to remove excess gel glue?

I switch between alcohol and acetone. I wipe with 99% alcohol and clean my nail art up with acetone.
