- This is for everyone who struggles with neck pain while working out. This neck friendly abs workout will make you become stronger and strenghten your abs while giving your neck a little break đ€. The goal here is to train your abs without hurting your neck. We want you to get results while working out of course, but also to take it slow and always LISTEN TO YOUR BODY. That is so important!
In this workout we are going to either keep our heads on the floor, support our heads with our hands, or do exercises on our elbows. Super easy, but believe us you will still feel the burn in your abs đ„. Aaand if that's not enough for you, feel free to go ahead and do a second round đŹ

Would of much help if you spoke to let us know what the next exercise would be. Also, you could give some instructions about good and bad postures

We donât love the talking videos based on our experience also doing other peopleâs workouts on YT, we want to focus on the workout itself and make it more enjoyable with the background music đ for the posture, most important thing in ab workouts is to keep your back flat on your mat! We try to give some tips sometimes in the video descriptions, but that is the most important one to remember! So you work on your abs without hurting your back. And we have special workouts for neck pain, you can try those ones they should be easier on your body
