  • 30 minutes of fast power walking can provide you with a great workout to get fit with over 3500 steps! You can absolutely pick up the pace to a jog or run if you wish to get in more steps in just 30 minutes. This workout can definitely be modified to be slow or fast walking intervals. If you're used to working out with 'Improved Health', this is considered an intermediate level workout. Total step count today is 3596 steps.

    Celebrating a win today!🎉 I had my annual physical - lost 30 pounds, all the highs & lows of last year’s blood work are now in normal range!!! Woot woot!!! Feeling great🥰

    I've been doing a lot of cardio & strength training with lots of stepping the past few months. Jules - this 30 minute video is fabulous! I'm sweating like crazy!! I read that seniors need to do 7,000 to 10,000 steps. Next month I turn 70! I hope to keep it up for the rest of my life! Thank you! 🥰💖

    Hi Jules I'm back! Been away for a long time I guess. But in my volunteering stints soon after my retirement, I did a lot of outdoor walking to and from work. I already lost almost 10 kilos (from 86-78kgs.) I worked out of the city at that time. But alas! When I came back to the city, I am now slowly gaining! Oh noo...From 78 to now 81kgs. I need this workout because I need to move my knees too! Thank you for always being here, always helping us get inspired to improve our health! Blessings abundant for you and family!

With consistency, I am sure you will get back to the weight you want to be at:) To see quicker results, I’d like to suggest doing 2 interval workouts a week, strength training 2-4 days a week plus/or cardio on other days.

    This morning I did it with my 1lb and I added 5 sec, 10 sec and 15 sec of jogging in the walk time. 🎉 I love the new challenge I push myself 😅 and this morning after 7 months almost 8. I lost 25lb so since summer 2023 this morning, 40lb 🎉🎉🎉❤ doing yours workouts and making better choice in meals. 🍌🥕🥗🦞 haha! PROUD! Have a good week-end ! 🌟

      Absolutely! When I originally wanted to lose weight back in my 20's, I was a bit lost with what to do until I discovered intervals. They made all the difference and I lost weight quickly.

      @@ImprovedHealth 46 lbs down! I exercise to this video 4 times per week. Dropping weight so I can (hopefully) donate a kidney to my sister. Just remember whenever you think you're not making a difference, you could be making a huge one and just not realize it.

    I so needed that Jules! The heat in Brisbane has been relentless. So it was wonderful to have such a great workout to do inside! A fun fact for you! Since the first of January 2024 the nighttime temperature in Brisbane has not dropped below 20 degrees C that is 68 degrees F! We have broken a record that stood since 1978!❤

    I am recovering from bladder and oophorectomy surgery done about 5 weeks ago. I needed to exercise very carefully to keep up my body functions and mental health. I started searching for workouts that would be safe during this recovery and I found you. Your workouts are just what I needed and could totally do. I do not know how you do it but you convey such a wonderful and joyful spirit that I am quite frankly addicted to. I have not missed a day doing your workouts for the past 3 weeks. They are absolutely spot on. I love the 30 minute ones as that makes me feel the most accomplished. I am a 68-year-old woman who likes to workout but hates doing planks! : 0 I think you are absolutely wonderful and your videos have helped me so much on my getting up and around and a bit stronger each day.     Another fabulous workout with great change ups. I enjoy doing these a few times a week but with the fires and poor air quality here in Denver they really are coming in handy! Thanks for keeping me motivated.

    This new workout was perfect for me, Jules. I’m mad that I quit your workouts for a few months recently. This one today pushed me and I feel proud of myself for not quitting. I’m going to continue with this one for awhile to build up my stamina again. It’s perfect because I can work harder as I go. That’s one of the many reasons I have followed you from the get go.     Jules, when I first saw your picture of the mountains I said yes an outdoor hike up and down the mountains. Is this Lake Louise in Canada. Someday I will check off my bucket list. What a great quick moving workout. The time flew by so fast following you first in the lead but I held up with your challenge. As always the music and great and makes you want to move faster and enjoy what you are doing and knowing the benefits of moving our bodies.       You always make me smile, Gail. Thank you! This backdrop is of Lake Moraine which is very close to Lake Louise. I've been before, but went back two years ago in early June to see it again. Unfortunately, the road to Lake Moraine was STILL closed off due to too much snow. If you ever go, make sure to go in July or August and first thing in the morning before the crowds. It is absolutely stunning and well worth a trip! The area of Banff and Lake Louise is one of the most beautiful places to see.

    Jules it's great to see your smiling face on a Monday afternoon. It was worth waiting for. It's amazing the energy you have throughout the entire video . I did the entire 30 minute workout walking with 2-3lb weights and was sweating so profusely but loved it. It is the music that keeps us moving to finish until the end and also your smile encouraging us. Thank you for you entire time spent making wonderful walking videos and using weights also.     Such a great variety here! I also appreciated the bouncy music and the built-in flexibility for the intervals (fast walk, jog, etc.). Thanks for the standing stretches option, too. No floors for me :)
