There's something satisfying to see you 'shopping' from your canning pantry ❤
The gnocchi (pronounced knee-oh-key) looked so good I’m trying it tonight. Thanks for sharing.
Very healthy and cozy homemade meals! Great job! You've got a lovely family.
Thank your another lovely video. Also, I just wanted to say that I really appreciate the quotes at the end of your videos. I can tell that you have put great thought and consideration into selecting each them. They help to centre me from the daily distractions. They are a lovely gift that you give us viewers. Thank you.
I appreciate that thank you! I know it's not everyone's cup of tea, but even if it's for just that one person who needed to hear it, I'll keep doing it!
I’ll be trying your gnocchi recipe. Friday I’m experimenting with making pumpkin and sweet potato gnocchi because I have over 70 lbs of pumpkin to process. I’m thinking it might be good with smoked sausage and some kale from the garden. Have you ever made pumpkin gnocchi? Btw, your husband being your hype man to get the kids excited about dinner before ice cream was just adorable 🫶
I have! Pumpkin and sweet potato gnocchi are where its at! Honestly my favorites. I hope you enjoy! My hubby is my biggest hype man and fan, he also loves food which helps lol.
Your babies are so sweet Kelsey, their little voices asking you what you were cooking and how happy they were! 🥰
What a blessing! you are a wonderful Mommy 🙏🙂
Awe thank you so much! They are my little sweeties ❤️
No shame in the WM rotisserie chicken game! 🤣 We love how quick & easy it is for busy weeks! I'm curious what brand/type of chopping knife you use? I need a new one ☺️
Oohh ... that sausage and pasta dish looks sooo good! Thanks for all of the delicious dishes
You bet! Enjoy
Let me start by saying I love your videos. That being said… girl, if I heard you rake a metal spoon across a metal pot one more time I would have been pulling my hair out 😂
oh no! Sorry! Honestly, I just don't hear that stuff anymore... My kiddos are so noisy not much bothers me anymore! I'll do my best to grab wooden utensils but sometimes I just grab whats closest :)
We eat a bunch of leftovers in our house as well.
I love to make a large batch of teriyaki sauce and store it in the freezer. Because of the corn starch slurry (I assume the arrowroot would give the same affect) it doesnt freeze solid so I can scoop out what I need to a meal. It makes things very convenient and prevents me from having to make it every time.
That is a fantastic idea! Thank you ☺️
How smart! I’m gonna have to do that.
Those all looked yummy and comforting. ❤
Thank you ❤️❤️❤️
I love your videos. Thanks for these recipes!
Thank you for the effort you put into your videos. 😊👍
❤️❤️❤️ thank you!
The only way I like canned carrots is making them sweet with orange juice and brown sugar but they’re still not my favorite either. I get organic peas and corn from Costco and can those. They make the best canned veggies and my family won’t go back to tinned cans. Thanks for all the ideas in your videos.
Thanks for the tips!
Another big thank you for new ideas on meal planning. All three dishes look delicious! I plan to incorporate them as trial meals for the childcare rotation menu plans. As always, I appreciate your writing out the actual recipes. You are such a blessing....glad to have found you here in CZcams. Blessings to you and your family.
Thank you Sandra! You are a blessing to me :) Enjoy!
That last dish looked amazing. If you didn't add the veg and cheese, the first part would be great over biscuits for breakfast! But for supper it hits all my taste preferences - thanks!
oh yes that sounds lovely! I may have to try that! Thanks for watching friend!
Also not a fan of canned carrots so I used up what I had in a stew and a curry soup which were both yummy!
Sounds delicious!
Hi Kelsey. Are you doing the three rivers pantry challenge this year? I haven’t been to the grocery since the end of October and it’s been interesting. I am trying to see if I can make it until March break. I didn’t specifically shop for this. It’s all the stuff I preserved this year.
Hey there! I sure am, I’ll start January 1st ☺️
Hi Kelsey, I’ll be making that last one tomorrow but gluten free. Thanks
Hey! I hope you enjoy!
Good morning friend! For several days we’ve been having some wet and dreary weather. These recipes all look so warm and cozy! I have left overs for tonight but taking chicken out of the freezer is already on my ‘to do’ list so I think you just helped me figure out what I’ll do with it tomorrow!
Have a wonderful day Kelsey! God Bless You! 🤗
Hello my friend ❤️ ya know same here, wet, dreary weather! I’ve been doing lots of cooking and baking and catching up on some reading! I hope you enjoy the recipes ❤️Have a lovely day ☺️
I've never done the 3 rivers challenge but azure has been out of dome staples for a few deliveries now so ... outside that and dairy, I think I am going to try it this year because after a few years of building a pantry, and with how ive been meal planning lately and how my grocery lists have changed over the past year, I'm feeling somewhat confident I can do it. Dairy is really the only thing I always need on a weekly basis (mainly milk).
@@ashleyashcraft1754 I did a heavily modified version of the pantry challenge last year but like you, I’ve been working on building the pantry so I’m feeling like we’re in a better place to do a challenge like that. The great thing is we can set it up to work best for our personal situations. I think I’ll allow a small budget for dairy and fresh produce a couple times a month. Good luck with the challenge Ashley!
Yum!!! Thise look delicious!
Thank you friend!
@@seedandsparrowhomestead you are welcome! And thank you for sharing!!❤️
Love your haircut!
Thank you ❤
Thank you Kelsey! They all look delicious 😋
You are so welcome! Thank you ☺️ ❤️
I purchased adjvarski seeds ( I’m sure that’s spelled wrong) because you got me excited to try them. I’m looking forward to growing them next year.
YAS! I hope you LOVE them as much as I do!
You said, “Ramen Noodles”. I thought you said, “rum and noodles”. 😆 I thought…what in the world?! Great recipes. Going to try. Thanks for sharing
LOL! That would be quite the concoction!! I hope you enjoy, Thank you!
😅😅😅
Hi Kelsey! ❤
Hi friend!
Why does your family not like the canned carrots? Glad to see you include things like ramen noodles and rotis. chicken in your recipes, to show us all that sometimes, having items like that incorporated into mealtimes, is necessity! Even homesteaders, need to change it up once in a while, with quick and easy ingredients!
Absolutely! Stressing about only using the best ingredients all the time in my opinion is just as bad if not worse than the not so ideal ingredients! I do my best, and sometimes shortcuts are necessary!
We think the pressure canned carrots take on a funky flavor! Just not appealing at all. OK but not great when used with other ingredients but not something we want to eat on its own. Much prefer frozen to canned.
Allnof these recipes look delicious. If you are not fond of canned carrots you can always puree andvyse in cake or cookies.
Thank you! I think I'm going to try that this pantry challenge!
I know you got your hair cut a while ago, but that length really suits you
Thank you so much!!!😃
Love your hair. Did you just cut it? The last recipe looked especially yummy!
Thank you, yes, about 2 weeks ago ☺️ thanks for watching ❤️

Ramen bake! What a cool idea! I'm gonna try this for sure. Side note, do you have a video editor? I think your channel and videos would really benefit from a professional edit. Just something to think about!
I do all my own editing through Adobe Pro! Someone else editing is totally not in the budget 😂
Hello friend!
Hey there! ❤️❤️❤️
You seem so neat and tidy in the kitchen. I’m a complete chaotic cook. Mess everywhere. It always looks like a tornado came through. It all looks so yummy.
@@brandymurphy6373 perhaps I should have done an after shot each day 😂 I’m really not a very clean cook, it’s usually pretty chaotic!
Oh good. You are human. lol. Thank you for another awesome video. I look forward to trying these recipes! Have a good day and stay warm. ❤
I just have to laugh, whenever I watch your videos or other videos about healthy living, I get big pharma ads. Those ads just make me realize how much we NEED Gods natural medicine-good, real food ( which don’t have 100 side effects as drugs do)!
Lol 😂 that always happens to me too! They are relentless!
😅
