This is a good lecture, however, the presenter started the presentation from the middle as we do not know he prepared the DEm and SHP files.. could you please post another video to that effect ?
It's so simple just add your study area shape file and DEM than clip it using extract by mask tool

Thank you for ... raster to point conversion .after conversion we find the flow direction of each point with different angle but i can not explain it here because so many people confuse with that after all it has no need in watershed analysis,

What is 1200 value meant to be ? Please tell me
we have number of flow accumulation value contain of small to large .so we don't to calculate the value have less than 1200 value . it depend on study area catchment you can also change this value according to your area . like you can select 200 . 500 1000 even if your area have too large then you can choose value in thousand (5000.10,000 etc)
What will be this value in case of swat or any tehsil of swat?
