seems to be a fair bit of front to back motion. i like to strap as though i am drawing and quartering my vehicles. many of the vehicles i tow are taken apart and have no e brake, transmission to otherwise lock the wheels (which i wouldn't trust anyway).
i realize this strapping method may still hold but the fore/aft movement seems less safe. how bad would it be to offset your lasso on the tire so you were pulling forward/rearward slightly on the car rather than straight down?

You need to post these in the utv tie down area. I bought the ones with the chocks because these didn't show up on the utv page.

I use 8 point straps every day at work and that look sketchy as hell, all that fore and aft movement. Past a certian point 8 point straps really tighten down.

Do these work for 35 inch tires?
