@WOBO albeit you've said it a million times in many videos so many people still don't understand players inventory and stashes don't prevent more guns spawning sigh... As I recall first devs made change to ak74 & m16 then later made it so players inventory and stashes don't affect chance all high tier military gear to spawn again. 2023 people still out here thinking dupers or hoarders affecting central loot economy...

I hope devs read your comment section cause here is even better feedback from a variety of players. Yes, this is probably THE BEST LOOT changes hands down. VSD/AUG being in the gas is perfect. NBC feeling rewarded and highly sought after. Great vid! oh and the brand NEW items added were all excellent!

Personally think the DMR should go into the static gas zones give how powerful it is. The gun is INSANELY OP. I get the VSD can take a metal suppressor and the DMR can't but who cares when you can 1 shot kill or at the least uncon at 500m
I absolutely love the spawn point changes. I can finally get to play with my friends in a relatively quick time. It was so difficult to play with friends when I had only 2-3 hours

What we really need is more building updates its been the same for years no one even wants to build anymore we need that so bad and a new way to lock doors other than a 4 dial why can't we get like code locks or something close to that
The new spawn system also just made getting back to your base even harder, so now they really need to make ay least an on use consumable spawn that can be placed in your base.
Making the gas zones a focal point is very good for the game!!!!! They need to make the dynamic gas zones worth chasing down now too. But us loot whores love special places for special loot.

Love the better NBC Loot Update. NBC Stuff is my favorite abspect of DayZ endgame so huge W for that. Although I think you may be wrong on the SVD Part, went on a OFFICAL High Pop Server and went to Pavlovo Gas Zone and found 2 x SVDs in the same Zone at the same time. One SVD in the Northern Barrack at the Clinic and the other on the second floor of the "Office" Building at the Sothern Side. So pretty sure that the "1x SVD per map" is wrong. Although this was 1 week ago, this may have been changed recently.
I agree with all the changes, except how easy you can get sval and vss guns and mags now. Those are scary suppressed guns don't get it twisted, high rate of fire and good damage, especially if you get armour penetrating rounds. I don't think having a bunch of people with suppressed guns early is good.
I love it. The SVAL/VSS is my favorite gun, so not needing NBC gear to get it is great for me. I almost always try and get NBC gear anyway, but now it's no5 my first priority. The Tundra and VSS are my go to weapon combo, and can be acquired in just about an hour or so for me. I do like the new airfield as well. Nice set up. If only official servers could have better anticheat added so I could play in the high pop servers again. As a dad of two boys, getting time to play is tricky, and wasting my time getting killed by a hacker is rough.
I think it should be easier to get the nbc suits I’ll never go through all that just for some guns… Seems infinitely more efficient to just pvp for the loot than to spend all the time looting. When I do get a nbc suit I just pvp with it with pox grenades anyway. Maybe just me but idk, other than that great changes
It sounds like youre not really wanting to play dayz but rather pvp. Its a small percentage of folks who play purely for pvp (like ignore mechanics of the game pvp,like you ignoring the risk and reward of using nbc loot to get better loot) compared to the amount of people looking to survive and only pvp when needed. Like if youre dying 20 times in a session cause you only know how to sprint for a damaged sk and use that to jump a high tier player you’re not exactly a source of feedback on loot changes and nbc processes. At the most your playstyle is good for feedback centered around how quickly freshies can get to a capable pvp status which is, again, a small part of the game.
Today I found SVD and Aur AX in Riffy after HOUUUUURSSSSS of grinding the ABC loot. I don't know how many exactly but oh man feels like NBC gear spaws way less than 3 months ago.
Its good that the VSS and ASVAL are more accessible now, I currently have 774 hours of playtime in DayZ all the way from when it was released on early access and I have NEVER had either of the guns in a condition that I could actually use it in a fight. I can only remember one instance of finding a VSS or ASVAL and I couldn't find a mag for it before it was stolen from me. I find mags and ammo for them from time to time but I usually just discard them as junk loot because the chances of me finding the actual gun are so slim.
Livonia bunker seems like the best place for finding 9x39 and 20rnd mags. I have a VSS on 3 of my 4 official (stable and experimental) characters and found most of my mags and ammo in the bunker. Just one trip will give you 3 or 4 full mags
The VSS and AS Val changes make me happy. Gonna go hunt them down. My only complaint is that the NBC gear is stupid hard to find. I've been playing for a week or so and have only found the pants, boots, gloves and mask, half of which were found on a train wreck.
Got 4 SVALs from one Tisy run yesterday, perhaps that needs looking into? Seems too common, but from a sample size of 1 it's impossible to say for sure.
I don’t have any real issues with the gun spawn changes except it doesn’t really make sense that the DMR can be found 10X more and easier than the SVD and it’s better, the logic is way broke.
I'm not sure if it's good that Rify guarantees all the high tier guns. Hackers (1 in 3 pc players) will just run in naked, and beeline to the SVD. Even legit fresh spawns can now cheese the game by hugging zombies to spawn near Rify, and then keep running in until they find the guns. The new spawn system guarantees that there's always people near Berezino, and makes it even faster to reach Rify.
Loot groups has always been a thought for me, having a few houses in a tower spawn loot that is corresponding to loot in the house next to it, Bk-18 then you find some 762, ect. Or finding some NBC means theres a hiigher chance of NBC close by
It def seems better. I def like the toxic zone changes because I enjoy collecting the nbc gear and going into a zone. Def higher chance of getting something good.
All good with the changes but every time i have good gear in this game in any map and i go to higher loot towns im dying from hackers....i dont think they will ever do something like report a hacker but i have a hope.
I just want to see some more low tier weapons. Maybe a .22lr revolver. Low damage, low capacity, and not suppressible, but with the advantage of reliability and ease of use
I'd like to be able to write on paper and then it be considered as a note or diary. Would be cool to read about someones adventure and where they have been and what they have come across in their travels.
The new player spawn system is great on paper, but sucks in reality. Full servers are an absolute slog if you end up on the coast. Everything's been looted in every direction you go, it's great for a life or so but you just keep respawning in the same place over and over. I've been playing this game for years and this is the first time I've stepped back and stopped playing, which is a shame because the rest of the update is so good.
It’s refreshing though to actually see people for once.. it sucks when you spawn into a high pop server as you can’t find a single person. I’ve had so many more PVP encounters since the change

No.. I gave them three pieces of fruit and hauled ass…. Because I have certainly been killed more by teams of two in spawn towns then by a fresh spawn..
Apart from the LAR magazines, I think the changes are very reasonable. I could even imagine reducing the NBC loot even more, as the static toxic zones are otherwise a bit too easy to reach in relation to their loot. As for the LAR magazines, I think it should be easier to find magazines than the actual weapon.
Dude it just took me 7 whole god damn days of playing to get a full NBC suit. I have a job. I play for like 2-3 hours a day if im lucky. It took me literally Monday - Monday to find a full NBC kit. That's absolutely fucking ridiculous.
@lortakun7030 I might have been EXTREMELY unlucky, but I'm being honest, it took me 7 days to find a full NBC suit. Maybe 13-16 hours of game play? Totally unnecessary IMO. Finding a pair of pants should never take 6 hours.
@@AtlasJay what, there's a lot of these suit parts in NE medical airfield near Krasnodav, I just throw these away as I didnt bother with looting a gas zone yet, just leave your character there and log in 2/3 times per day to check if something new spawn, respawn (collect and throw away) all items that you don't need so new ones appear in its place and you should get it
@@AtlasJay its a mix of luck and where you're looting tbh. if you are going for rify then you check the hospital, clinic, and fire station at berezino, then you head over to krasno airfield and you might have the full suit by then and if not you can always make a stash nearby and come back when you have all the parts.
Seems like gear especially high tier is getting way to easy to find and farm. I’ve seen so many people just logging off near these static/dynamic events. And just log in every couple hours and loot.
Heli crashes have been nerfed substantially from my perspective this patch. I haven't found anything worth taking in mid to late game in any of them. Out of 6 crashes I've visited I've found a total of 0 guns and barely anything other than clothes and a random mag. Think they got nerfed too much imo.
@@honzzz_ you would think so, but I was the first to every crash. It would crash and I would roll up minutes after spawn and not a damn thing on a low pop server. In between 3 and 5 people on at the time. 🤷♂️
If they're gonna make it harder to get certain things they should have wiped characters last update so people that already have those items can't hoard them.
The Aug Ax and Vsd spawning at Rify is great. I had a run were I got a KAM, Ax, and Vsd on the same run I mean if that's not worth it, idk what is. One run I was just throwing weapons into the ocean it was too much I have a stash in the zone, and it's full of all the rify weapons even M4s I have no space for those all my storage accounts have like 3-4 m4s each I had to save slots for other things and weapons
Love the loot changes... but im not sure abt the spawn changes. In some ways it feels like it will lead to more interactions, but in other ways it feels like it could make the interactions less meaningful over time.
It made it easier to group which saved officials. However it lowered individual control over spawn location (since you can't just suicide to wherever you want anymore) so now basebuilding is even dumber.
6:12, so that's why I was trying to get a respawn in Svetloyarsk for 1 hour, but instead got into a boxing match with the same players on every respawn.
4 trips to riffy in two days ended up with 4xm4 kitted out 4xplate carrier 3xsvd kitted out and 3xakm kitted out .one man wrecking machine after finding nbc gear....but nothing stopping freshies running in and scooping up the gear in crates before bleeding out first time trying i got plate carrier and vsd
This is what I do for an easy gun early. Just run in, grab it (if I'm lucky), run out and stash it in a bush, die and come back. Freshy with an m4 lol. Better hide it in your backpack until you get a mag.
So just for clarification, if me and my friends spawn at the same time together we will spawn in the same town but just different areas of the town. Like if we both spawn in and get a Cbet spawn, we’ll spawn in Cbet together as long as the spawn town doesn’t change after 6 minutes??? If that’s what happens, getting revenge on a guy whom I traded with will be fun
Well so far I have never seen a M4-A1 on official servers so I think there was no need to make high tier loot harder to find. As far as the new spawn I have gotten killed many times including once that all players were changed location after a server restart. Everybody spawned at the same place
My loot experience is very bad but it’s because of the low tier loot. I find dayz loot too aimed for high tier, military weapon. A all part of old dayz gameplay, shooting with difficult hunting rifle, or even be able to take down a fully gear player at the cost with a magnum, is completely gone. I think this low tier loot should be rethink as well
The official servers have been messing up with me and my buddy. We made a base and got our guys to the base spot. And then 1 by 1. It's restarting our guys at the coast and saying timer prolonged due to server change when we log back into the same server. And we never switched servers.
thank you for your work, it is most appreciated. The latest changes for loot spawns I think are better, good stuff should be harder to get. The only thing I would question or want different is the player spawns, having players spawning in the same place, although it be for a short period at a time, it seems like this has been placed in for the people who stream and want to meet up with there team mates quicker but there is also the argument for finding a team mate/buddy being a mission in itself. I agree with the NBC suits spawn as well. 👍😎👍
Okay - I've been playing on 1.23 Vanilla servers. It took me 7 days of gameplay to find a full NBC suit. No joke. I decided on Monday to find a full NBC - and it took me 7 whole days of running from hospital - to firestation - to military - to hospital. 7 god damn days of gameplay looking for NBC PANTS. Now look. I don't care if that's just bad luck. I don't care what that is. It should NEVER require me to run around for 7 REAL DAYS looking for PANTS in order to progress my game.
Players inventory and stashes don't count for items in central loot economy so yeah there's 1 svd or Aug AX on floor on Chernarus static gas zones either Rify or Pavlovo 50/50 chance one be either place if not looted yet but if looted 1 will spawn again in a hour roughly. As for NVG's he's talking about night vision scopes not goggles
Took me a week to get a NBC set but once I got it all it was 100% worth it (it took me a week to find gloves I have about 3 sets now one full n two that need boots n gloves)
the crates on the airfield are deffo op as fk imo. they need to reduce the spawns at it. i had so many nvgs and 60 rounders i had no room left in my base lol

You're telling me you're going to force me to spawn in a certain area of the map that has been picked clean and I can't spawn anywhere else until a time the game so decides? Yeah.... No. Spent 30 minutes trying to get the spawn I wanted. Couldn't get it. So, finally just took the closest spawn I could get. By that time, the sun was going down so I couldn't play anyway. Amazing update. 100/10.
The spawn point groups really sucks. Do the devs really believe that I will accept an Elektro spawn if I want to go to Berezino? No, really. Furthermore I think it is bad if the SVD spawns only 1 time on a map, because if somebody keeps the SVD in a tent on the server, no further SVDs will spawn (iirc). Except these things, it is a great patch! It really revived NWAF action.
I mean would you rather be sent to a random location away from people (old system spawned you away from players) or a system which cycles between towns periodicaly ? Goal is to still make the respawning "random" at the end as soon as the SVD leave the ground another one will spawn.
I dont think they needed to make the best weapons only spawn in gas zones because it was already hard to get them and now its just annoying to have to get a nbc suit to find them.
I knew before you even told me that NBC gear had been minimized… only found one piece in a few hours… I guess it sort of makes sense. But now your just going to tears players who hoard this gear.. I found a DMR at Balota convoy so that was awesome. Not sure I agree with spawning ak74 less since it was already kind of hard to find. Overall I think these changes are an improvement, esp to gas zone respawn time. I went into static gas zones multiple times only to waste more ammo and supplies than I found.. That was frustrating. (SPAWNED WITH GEAR AFTER DYING) So i’m not sure if this has happened to anyone else but I thought it was pretty interesting. I was playing official servers on Xbox one, when me and two buddies of mine all got killed. My two friends who got killed first both died around the same time and immediately closed their apps and went into rainbow. I stayed on longer and got killed probably 20 mins later. We all got back on dayz the next day and server hopped, when my two friends loaded in they had their kits from the day prior when they got killed. I loaded in and didn’t have my kit though. I thought this was absolutely insane i’ve played around 2000 hours in this game and have never seen anything like it. A bug this update? Anyone perfected this?🤣 WHAT HAPPENED WOBO?!
pls adjust Pavlovo static gas zone: i've been there 3 times on a low pop server and the base was completely unlooted, but never found a top tier weapon, no AK AUG SVD or M4. I guess those guns just have a higher chance of spawing on the ship so Pavlovo doesnt get much love.

I've always hated being relocated. I stopped playing for years when they did that. now I'm gonna hate it even more being spawned even closer to some dickhead who will kos me. I only use civilian gear so the rest means nothing to me.
Loving the new loot system ever since it was destroyed in 1.19 (even if what was fixed was just gas loot) but im DESPISING the new (and unnecessary) player respawn system. Devs really dont want revenge to be a thing
How can there be even a moment of recovery if when you kill someone you immediately have to deal with them again? If you want deathmatch search deathmatch. Killing a player should send them back to step one, not just hinder them for 10 minutes before they’re back. Thats not dayz thats just battlefield or cod
I dont have a problem with getting the gas suit, the only problem is the space it takes, Id love them to add a briefcase which takes the gas suit and dont take up that much space (I know its on modded servers, I only play vanilla)
Hi Wobo. One thing I didn't hear you address was how many spawn groups there are all together. I'd love to know. Id also like to know if its possible for it to switch from Berezino to Chernarus and then right back to Berezino or is there a cooldown once a group has been selected?
When you say "one weapon per map" do you mean only one can be on the server at once? Or one on the ground, and until it's found there won't be any more respawning. Thanks

Lovin' these changes... mostly because I'd rather have the ASVAL than pretty much anything else. Integrated suppressors save a ton of cleaning kits.

I’ve been to over 10 hell crashes and 2 convoys and I haven’t found one dmr yet

The only thing about it is that long distance it isn't all that great, and the round aren't the easiest to gather.

You didnt need nbc gear to get them before. They were tier 4

Not true I have an nbc stash when I die, it takes less than an hour and I have m4 VSD

It sounds like youre not really wanting to play dayz but rather pvp. Its a small percentage of folks who play purely for pvp (like ignore mechanics of the game pvp,like you ignoring the risk and reward of using nbc loot to get better loot) compared to the amount of people looking to survive and only pvp when needed. Like if youre dying 20 times in a session cause you only know how to sprint for a damaged sk and use that to jump a high tier player you’re not exactly a source of feedback on loot changes and nbc processes. At the most your playstyle is good for feedback centered around how quickly freshies can get to a capable pvp status which is, again, a small part of the game.
Today I found SVD and Aur AX in Riffy after HOUUUUURSSSSS of grinding the ABC loot. I don't know how many exactly but oh man feels like NBC gear spaws way less than 3 months ago.

Its good that the VSS and ASVAL are more accessible now, I currently have 774 hours of playtime in DayZ all the way from when it was released on early access and I have NEVER had either of the guns in a condition that I could actually use it in a fight. I can only remember one instance of finding a VSS or ASVAL and I couldn't find a mag for it before it was stolen from me. I find mags and ammo for them from time to time but I usually just discard them as junk loot because the chances of me finding the actual gun are so slim.
I'm pretty hyped about it too.
Livonia bunker seems like the best place for finding 9x39 and 20rnd mags. I have a VSS on 3 of my 4 official (stable and experimental) characters and found most of my mags and ammo in the bunker. Just one trip will give you 3 or 4 full mags

The VSS and AS Val changes make me happy. Gonna go hunt them down. My only complaint is that the NBC gear is stupid hard to find. I've been playing for a week or so and have only found the pants, boots, gloves and mask, half of which were found on a train wreck.
Gas zone buff? Nice. As a solo player, This gives me more incentive to try.
Can you do a video detailing what ranges alive and dead infected spawn and despawn?
I like how the devs are making some items exclusive to one map, it gives playing both maps more value
and even more criminal that Livonia isn't a free map.

Got 4 SVALs from one Tisy run yesterday, perhaps that needs looking into? Seems too common, but from a sample size of 1 it's impossible to say for sure.
The gas zones were no go zones for me before... With NBC gear being harder to find I suppose I'll never get a VSD unless I kill for it.

I don’t have any real issues with the gun spawn changes except it doesn’t really make sense that the DMR can be found 10X more and easier than the SVD and it’s better, the logic is way broke.
I'm not sure if it's good that Rify guarantees all the high tier guns. Hackers (1 in 3 pc players) will just run in naked, and beeline to the SVD. Even legit fresh spawns can now cheese the game by hugging zombies to spawn near Rify, and then keep running in until they find the guns. The new spawn system guarantees that there's always people near Berezino, and makes it even faster to reach Rify.
Loot groups has always been a thought for me, having a few houses in a tower spawn loot that is corresponding to loot in the house next to it, Bk-18 then you find some 762, ect. Or finding some NBC means theres a hiigher chance of NBC close by

It def seems better. I def like the toxic zone changes because I enjoy collecting the nbc gear and going into a zone. Def higher chance of getting something good.
Group spawn is probably the most hype this update
All good with the changes but every time i have good gear in this game in any map and i go to higher loot towns im dying from hackers....i dont think they will ever do something like report a hacker but i have a hope.
I have been trying to put together an NBC suit and it has been rough. 4 or 5 trips to Tisy and I have one come away with 2 pants and 1 pair of gloves

Awe they keep removing loot from some of the best, most dangerous locations. I’ll miss looting the green lookouts
I just want to see some more low tier weapons. Maybe a .22lr revolver. Low damage, low capacity, and not suppressible, but with the advantage of reliability and ease of use
I'd like to be able to write on paper and then it be considered as a note or diary. Would be cool to read about someones adventure and where they have been and what they have come across in their travels.

The new player spawn system is great on paper, but sucks in reality. Full servers are an absolute slog if you end up on the coast. Everything's been looted in every direction you go, it's great for a life or so but you just keep respawning in the same place over and over. I've been playing this game for years and this is the first time I've stepped back and stopped playing, which is a shame because the rest of the update is so good.
It’s refreshing though to actually see people for once.. it sucks when you spawn into a high pop server as you can’t find a single person.

But… that being said, Cherno is the only good spawn.
@@jeffheyer7783in a perfect world you would be correct. But it's not really pvp when fully geared players camp in spawn zones to kill fresh spawns now is it? In my experience with this game nothing good comes from running into anybody.
@@jeffheyer7783not everyone wants to KOS so group spawns are bad I don't want to have to fight for a drink at the well every spawn it's tedious and makes getting to late game a slog.

I gave them three pieces of fruit and hauled ass…. Because I have certainly been killed more by teams of two in spawn towns then by a fresh spawn..
Recently I have been finding lots of barrels I looted BZ a few days ago and there were at least five barrels

Apart from the LAR magazines, I think the changes are very reasonable. I could even imagine reducing the NBC loot even more, as the static toxic zones are otherwise a bit too easy to reach in relation to their loot. As for the LAR magazines, I think it should be easier to find magazines than the actual weapon.
Dude it just took me 7 whole god damn days of playing to get a full NBC suit.
I have a job. I play for like 2-3 hours a day if im lucky. It took me literally Monday - Monday to find a full NBC kit. That's absolutely fucking ridiculous.

@lortakun7030 I might have been EXTREMELY unlucky, but I'm being honest, it took me 7 days to find a full NBC suit. Maybe 13-16 hours of game play? Totally unnecessary IMO. Finding a pair of pants should never take 6 hours.
@@AtlasJay what, there's a lot of these suit parts in NE medical airfield near Krasnodav, I just throw these away as I didnt bother with looting a gas zone yet, just leave your character there and log in 2/3 times per day to check if something new spawn, respawn (collect and throw away) all items that you don't need so new ones appear in its place and you should get it
@@AtlasJay its a mix of luck and where you're looting tbh. if you are going for rify then you check the hospital, clinic, and fire station at berezino, then you head over to krasno airfield and you might have the full suit by then and if not you can always make a stash nearby and come back when you have all the parts.
Finding full NBC gear and actually going to the toxic zone takes so damn long on any decent pop server that its just not worth it.
Seems like gear especially high tier is getting way to easy to find and farm. I’ve seen so many people just logging off near these static/dynamic events. And just log in every couple hours and loot.

I think people will start using the aug a1 more. It's a great weapon and not that hard to find fir how good it is.
The AUG A1 is a great gun, but the lack of a standardised mag system makes it hard to use, similarly to why the FAMAS isn't used much.
Heli crashes have been nerfed substantially from my perspective this patch. I haven't found anything worth taking in mid to late game in any of them. Out of 6 crashes I've visited I've found a total of 0 guns and barely anything other than clothes and a random mag. Think they got nerfed too much imo.
Could have been tailing somebody who was hoovering up all of the loot. I personally have had some pretty good hauls from the heli crashes.
@@honzzz_ you would think so, but I was the first to every crash. It would crash and I would roll up minutes after spawn and not a damn thing on a low pop server. In between 3 and 5 people on at the time. 🤷♂️
If they're gonna make it harder to get certain things they should have wiped characters last update so people that already have those items can't hoard them.
The Aug Ax and Vsd spawning at Rify is great. I had a run were I got a KAM, Ax, and Vsd on the same run I mean if that's not worth it, idk what is. One run I was just throwing weapons into the ocean it was too much I have a stash in the zone, and it's full of all the rify weapons even M4s I have no space for those all my storage accounts have like 3-4 m4s each I had to save slots for other things and weapons
Love the loot changes... but im not sure abt the spawn changes. In some ways it feels like it will lead to more interactions, but in other ways it feels like it could make the interactions less meaningful over time.
It will safe a lot of time for when you want to play with a friend though.
It made it easier to group which saved officials. However it lowered individual control over spawn location (since you can't just suicide to wherever you want anymore) so now basebuilding is even dumber.

6:12, so that's why I was trying to get a respawn in Svetloyarsk for 1 hour, but instead got into a boxing match with the same players on every respawn.

4 trips to riffy in two days ended up with 4xm4 kitted out 4xplate carrier 3xsvd kitted out and 3xakm kitted out .one man wrecking machine after finding nbc gear....but nothing stopping freshies running in and scooping up the gear in crates before bleeding out first time trying i got plate carrier and vsd
This is what I do for an easy gun early. Just run in, grab it (if I'm lucky), run out and stash it in a bush, die and come back. Freshy with an m4 lol. Better hide it in your backpack until you get a mag.
I do this regularly, I've never needed nbc gear and my arsenal is strong.

the lar mag also spawns at Tisy MB also i got 2 in the tent area in 1 run threw.
Too much mags for the DMR and the airdrops are op you can respawn there in low pop servers and grind 60 round mags
So just for clarification, if me and my friends spawn at the same time together we will spawn in the same town but just different areas of the town. Like if we both spawn in and get a Cbet spawn, we’ll spawn in Cbet together as long as the spawn town doesn’t change after 6 minutes??? If that’s what happens, getting revenge on a guy whom I traded with will be fun

Well so far I have never seen a M4-A1 on official servers so I think there was no need to make high tier loot harder to find. As far as the new spawn I have gotten killed many times including once that all players were changed location after a server restart. Everybody spawned at the same place
im happy gas zones spawn better loot now. I looted rifty and pavlovo before the newest update and the loot was pityful

My loot experience is very bad but it’s because of the low tier loot. I find dayz loot too aimed for high tier, military weapon. A all part of old dayz gameplay, shooting with difficult hunting rifle, or even be able to take down a fully gear player at the cost with a magnum, is completely gone. I think this low tier loot should be rethink as well
What do you mean 1 per map? does 'map' include players inventories/stashes?
The official servers have been messing up with me and my buddy. We made a base and got our guys to the base spot. And then 1 by 1. It's restarting our guys at the coast and saying timer prolonged due to server change when we log back into the same server. And we never switched servers.
thank you for your work, it is most appreciated. The latest changes for loot spawns I think are better, good stuff should be harder to get. The only thing I would question or want different is the player spawns, having players spawning in the same place, although it be for a short period at a time, it seems like this has been placed in for the people who stream and want to meet up with there team mates quicker but there is also the argument for finding a team mate/buddy being a mission in itself. I agree with the NBC suits spawn as well.

Okay - I've been playing on 1.23 Vanilla servers. It took me 7 days of gameplay to find a full NBC suit. No joke. I decided on Monday to find a full NBC - and it took me 7 whole days of running from hospital - to firestation - to military - to hospital. 7 god damn days of gameplay looking for NBC PANTS.
Now look. I don't care if that's just bad luck.
I don't care what that is. It should NEVER require me to run around for 7 REAL DAYS looking for PANTS in order to progress my game.
oh great, so when I find a FAL with no mag, I can't just loot some at Tisy, I have to specifically find another heli or convoy? that's so lame.
Don't worry FAL mags are still spawning at Tisy, I'm not sure why Wobo thought it had changed.
So there will only be 1 Aug, 1 SVD and 1 pair of Night vision goggles???
Players inventory and stashes don't count for items in central loot economy so yeah there's 1 svd or Aug AX on floor on Chernarus static gas zones either Rify or Pavlovo 50/50 chance one be either place if not looted yet but if looted 1 will spawn again in a hour roughly. As for NVG's he's talking about night vision scopes not goggles

Nope, they spawn the loot they do without the gas. No reason to go into dynamic zones.

I walked out of pavlovo the other day with 3 VSD …
Took me a week to get a NBC set but once I got it all it was 100% worth it (it took me a week to find gloves I have about 3 sets now one full n two that need boots n gloves)
With these changes we are probably going to see more sks's and the m16 in tier 2 military bases
the crates on the airfield are deffo op as fk imo. they need to reduce the spawns at it. i had so many nvgs and 60 rounders i had no room left in my base lol

The new spawn system is atrocious. You're telling me you're going to force me to spawn in a certain area of the map that has been picked clean and I can't spawn anywhere else until a time the game so decides? Yeah.... No.
Spent 30 minutes trying to get the spawn I wanted. Couldn't get it. So, finally just took the closest spawn I could get. By that time, the sun was going down so I couldn't play anyway.

In my experience the convoys and helis either spawn the M14 or nothing at all of value tbh, cant say I've seen more than an AK-47 the one time.
M4 ammo box will not show up in vicinity. This has been like this for ever
The spawn point groups really sucks. Do the devs really believe that I will accept an Elektro spawn if I want to go to Berezino? No, really. Furthermore I think it is bad if the SVD spawns only 1 time on a map, because if somebody keeps the SVD in a tent on the server, no further SVDs will spawn (iirc). Except these things, it is a great patch! It really revived NWAF action.
I mean would you rather be sent to a random location away from people (old system spawned you away from players) or a system which cycles between towns periodicaly ? Goal is to still make the respawning "random" at the end
as soon as the SVD leave the ground another one will spawn.
I dont think they needed to make the best weapons only spawn in gas zones because it was already hard to get them and now its just annoying to have to get a nbc suit to find them.

I found a DMR at Balota convoy so that was awesome. Not sure I agree with spawning ak74 less since it was already kind of hard to find.
Overall I think these changes are an improvement, esp to gas zone respawn time.
I went into static gas zones multiple times only to waste more ammo and supplies than I found..
That was frustrating.

So i’m not sure if this has happened to anyone else but I thought it was pretty interesting. I was playing official servers on Xbox one, when me and two buddies of mine all got killed. My two friends who got killed first both died around the same time and immediately closed their apps and went into rainbow. I stayed on longer and got killed probably 20 mins later. We all got back on dayz the next day and server hopped, when my two friends loaded in they had their kits from the day prior when they got killed. I loaded in and didn’t have my kit though. I thought this was absolutely insane i’ve played around 2000 hours in this game and have never seen anything like it. A bug this update? Anyone perfected this?🤣 WHAT HAPPENED WOBO?!
Loot is still easy to find. Players still build walls visible to be dismantled.
On a vanilla server (only mod is build anywhere mod) I have a base with 2 svd and 5-6 m4 I don't it's limited to 1 by map
After playing dayz for so many years its not hard to stay geared or get gear

pls adjust Pavlovo static gas zone: i've been there 3 times on a low pop server and the base was completely unlooted, but never found a top tier weapon, no AK AUG SVD or M4. I guess those guns just have a higher chance of spawing on the ship so Pavlovo doesnt get much love.
Nah g your playing on loot goblin server. People have bases filled with guns etc and the loot won't refresh until that stuff is gone. Why I'm playing more community now. Fuck official when there's guys with 6 accounts cheating

I've always hated being relocated. I stopped playing for years when they did that. now I'm gonna hate it even more being spawned even closer to some dickhead who will kos me.
I only use civilian gear so the rest means nothing to me.
Loving the new loot system ever since it was destroyed in 1.19 (even if what was fixed was just gas loot) but im DESPISING the new (and unnecessary) player respawn system. Devs really dont want revenge to be a thing
How can there be even a moment of recovery if when you kill someone you immediately have to deal with them again? If you want deathmatch search deathmatch. Killing a player should send them back to step one, not just hinder them for 10 minutes before they’re back. Thats not dayz thats just battlefield or cod
I dont have a problem with getting the gas suit, the only problem is the space it takes, Id love them to add a briefcase which takes the gas suit and dont take up that much space (I know its on modded servers, I only play vanilla)
What's yout go to for getting the suit? I've done it twice and it just does t seem worth it.

Hi Wobo. One thing I didn't hear you address was how many spawn groups there are all together. I'd love to know. Id also like to know if its possible for it to switch from Berezino to Chernarus and then right back to Berezino or is there a cooldown once a group has been selected?
The vss and sval mags are just not spawning for me like that and most of the time it's a 10rd not a 20
When you say "one weapon per map" do you mean only one can be on the server at once? Or one on the ground, and until it's found there won't be any more respawning. Thanks
