Always amazed how the Russian tanks seem to operate on there own with very little support or any coordination.
It's like they are there to only die
This is more common than you think. I've seen videos of both Leopards and Bradleys operating seemingly on their own with infantry either out of sight, or not present. I'm no general so I don't really know why either side employs the tactics.
This said, I have seen lots of evidence that Russian assaults are not well coordinated, as confirmed by their massive equipment and personnel losses. I would hate to serve an army that throws so many minimally trained soldiers into assaults like this.
Russia never did seem to care about their soldiers. In WWII they threw their men at the Germans. Victory for Russia was assured because they had more men than the Germans had bullets.
A lot of the best Russian armoured units got pretty badly mauled during the opening months of the conflict. It's also difficult to get 'the big picture' of what's going on as most of these videos are just showing short bursts of action that the Ukrainians want you to see.
Goes to show you the command structure and "training" of the Russian Army. They seem to have more officers than NCO's than the Western military structure and their NCO's cannot make the battlefield decisions like our NCO's. What's the old saying? Too many cooks in the kitchen, spoil the broth! Hopefully the Russian military doesn't smarten up and realize what they are doing wrong.

I would suggest the vast majority of Russian soldiers, tank crews etc do NOT want to be there! They are conscripts and do not want to die! Maybe they should all surrender and seek asylum in the Ukranine! High time Putin was arrested and faced the Hague!

We should laugh at Ukrainians. The military equipment of both warring sides is very similar and comes from the USSR. So passing one off as the other is not worth much progress. This is what Ukrainians do. They've already been caught doing this. When the Ukrainians transported a damaged tank around Europe, passing it off as Russian, which in the end turned out to be Ukrainian
Ukrainians love to tell stories about their supposed victories. They were champions of bragging in the USSR. But even Western money has helped Ukraine little so far.))) How is the promised, widely publicized Ukrainian counter-offensive going? The Ukrainians were provided with wonderful Western equipment, NATO instructors taught them how to fight. And the Ukrainian counter-offensive ended in complete defeat and huge losses for Ukraine. As always, something got in the way of the bad players: fields, bushes, trees, dirt, minefields, evil Russians.))) But this is in reality, and on the Internet the Ukrainians have long defeated all the Russians.)))

If the United States really wants to prove that it is a stronghold of democracy, then it should support Ukraine in every possible way. Supply as many modern weapons as possible, and not issue them in limited quantities. If Ukraine loses and Putin imposes a dictatorship there, the Baltic countries will be next. And then the guys from Oklahoma, Oregon, Virginia and other States will have to fight, according to Article 5 on the collective security of the countries participating in the North Atlantic Alliance
Long game for the US is to have more control in Ukraine. They've always done this. This is why western europe and my country (netherlands) is US's lapdog. Would I prefer to be Putin's lapdog? Of course not. But I can't stop feeling this is all a sort of controlled dumpster fire. My hope is that Ukraine prevails as much on its own and is able to really maintain its independence.

Look at the cities of eastern Europe as Russian forces passed through them.. They look just like Bakhmut, Ukraine. Rubble, a lifeless destroyed city.. Cheaper to demolish and rebuild from scratch than to reclaim & rebuild. Also Russia doctrine does NOT allow officers to change or modify their orders.. The U.S. & NATO advisors taught Ukraine Military to Adapt and Modify action based on changes at the front.
Unfortunately it's looking more and more like Ukraine will run out of resources before Russia does.
Who puts this information into your heads? You have no idea what is happening in the combat zone in Ukraine. Why don’t you ask yourself why military equipment is located close to civilian homes, orphanages and schools? On February 24, 2022, Russia's tank reserves were (seemed) immense. According to the International Institute for Strategic Studies based in London (official figures between 2017 and 2022), Russia had 17,500 tanks in reserve, according to this detail by model, T-90: 200 units in different versions, T-80: 3,000 units in different versions, T-72: 7,000 units in different versions, T-64: 2,000 units in different versions, T-62: 2,500 units in different versions, T-54 / T-55: 2,800 units in different versions. Very soon these figures were questioned, taking into account that many of these tanks have been stored outdoors for a long time, which raises doubts as to the real recovery conditions. However, vehicles that cannot be put into service conditions become a source of spare parts. Furthermore, these figures basically come from counts of the former arsenals of the former USSR. It is known that part of that arsenal fell into the hands of the armies of the countries that were part of the Soviet bloc. Ukraine, Belarus and Poland inherited a significant number of such vehicles. Therefore, more recent evaluations reduce that number to approximately 6,000 tanks, approximately 30% of the initial number, with some possibility of being able to return to service.
