Sometimes Comps do not matter. My highest sold items were from clothing that didn’t even have a STR
So do not sleep on 100% Silk blouses with beautiful embroidery. I found one for $1 at a garage sale and sold for my asking price of $80 it was a size XS.
With that being said definitely check comps and learn your brands but don’t pass up clothing with no STR
I found a rowing blazer in mint condition and sold it in less than a day for $500

Hunter boots have been flying for me, selling at $50-$65 but, you do have to upgrade the shipping label so that adds an additional $4.50 to your COGs and I always also have to buy a larger box.

Hybrid shorts during this season is odd, but they have been selling quick for me. I’ve noticed they sell to Southern California, Arizona, Texas…where temps are still in the 80’s or even 90’s

I have found a pair of Veja in the wild only once. I was unfamiliar with the brand at the time, so did some quick research in the store. They sold for my full asking price on ebay. I would ❤ to find another pair...or 12. 😄

Question: I found a Faherty men’s sweatshirt that was pilled all over. Does Faherty usually have fabric that is pilIed? I know some brands do. I 12:40 haven’t been able to figure this out on my own. I may be sweater shaving forever on this one. Oops!
I'm not sure on that one! I know they have some textured fabrics sometimes. Have you tried looking up the style number to see if the model photo shows the same pilling?

I determine pricing by looking at sold comps on ebay. I consider STR and price range.

Thank you for putting the labels up for us to clearly study. I just sold my 4th pair of vejas this week! I absolutely love that brand and the crazy thing is I have found them in my regular honey hole all 4 times. I keep finding them in my size but I am too money driven to keep them. lol but maybe the next ones. It’s hard to list them every single time but then when I do they cha Ching usually within 24 hours. Then it makes me happy I listed them😂🎉
I would at least try them on lol had a brand I liked it had a stain so I was like oh I will just keep it after a few washes stain was gone by then I couldn't part with it.
