Tower Elevators @ Encore Boston Harbor - Boston MA

The brand new elevators at the Encore Boston harbor. This hotel opened less than a week ago! The elevator are some newer form of Otis and go between the lobby to floor 26. The suites on floor 27 have their own private elevator that goes to the suites themselves. The elevator needs a room key to go above floor 3 but since the hotel is busy, it’s easy to tailgate on with someone with a key, then just press the button when they scan their key. I wouldn’t stay here myself; the rooms start at $700 a night!
My first ride, the elevator parked at 10 but didn’t open. Then when I tried again, someone let me up to the top floor! The hotel also has some extremely rare Mitsubishi spiral escalators in the lobby, too bad they didn’t install the elevators also.
