Queens must have thought it was a bust baw when Aberdeen scored then Dobbie went off but the fairytale continued, pity it never quite happened in the final, when Thomson scored it looked possible but as often happens money talks and what could have been a great day for all Scottish football ended sadly with an all too often predictable finish.

Queens had a few thousand glory hunters there that day , then more at the final . They can always say they've attended 2 Queens games .
