I don't want to hear anything about how a manager needs time. Ange walked into Celtic Park and within a month he had everything up and running and they won everything, pretty much.
We need a disciplinarian who isn't interested in being the players' friend, and instead is willing to dish out an arse-kicking when it's needed.
