can you remove the lower trays to fit longer bottles??
Hey really helpful video! just a question though, it's hard to tell in the pic is the light suppose to stay on or the button stay down when you push it down. just got mine used so I'm not even sure it works lol
Hi there, when you press done the green light should be on. When it's ready it pops up and light comes off. Hope this helps.

Hi i just bought mine and i started to use it today but...... whenever i pressed the button i assumed that it will be lit for 8-9mins. right? What happen is it never reached about 1-2mins then the button is up again? I tried pressing it again but the button keeps on popping up.. please help.
Aloha - We got our used, but the little water cup is missing. How much water are we supposed to put in the bottom? Thanks for the help!
Hi Jonathan, unfortunately we don't have our sanitizer with us anymore as our baby is now almost 1! Time flies..
Just trying to guess how much water to put in without seeing the cup...I know we used two cupfuls...may need to do some predicting...or maybe there may be another viewer with this unit who would tell us perhaps how much water based on a standard unit of measurement? Good luck and sorry I wasn't more of a help here.

what do you do with the extra water at the bottom of the base after its done sterilizing?

Our doesn't lit up green light at all pressing click button. when i press it and keep it pressed I just get a flashed of orange light. Am I missing something or is the unit broken?
Doesn't sound right to me. Can you find the manual online? Or. Call company for support ?
