What baffles me is that they removed the Su-122-54. A real actually built tank that is still available to see in real life. But it didn't have a place in WoT because it wasn't strong enough for tier 9. And they put in stuff like this and ask €50 for it.... smh
man :D be patient, WG will bring back SU-122-54 i think, but in tier IX prem version :D :D:D

Thanks for posting this. Lol. It like the .3 accuracy on grill. Its has the scorpion G syndrôme, it shot into the ground fully aimed shot most of time. Meanwhile obj140 snapshots cupola at 300m like no tomorrow. Lol
Without any armor it should have at least 10° gun dep.

Same here, was hoping for a better tank. My shots would go all over the place. Aim time could be better as well. Needs a turbo however, you need the three slots for other needed equipment.

The last game is a perfect example of my average Str 103B or Leopard 1 matches, apparently precise tanks unable to hit anything. Its hilarious

Skillz got a taste of my RNG a solid 25% of the time. Literally, 1 in 4 games is like this for me, no matter the tank.

Well, you should never gamble with money that you aren't prepared to lose. If you can do that and avoid the sunk cost fallacy, gambling is perfectly fine. The problem is that many people who gamble do so with cash they can't stand to part with.
@@DovahFett that's one of the issues too, but "having to gamble" rather than being able to earn or buy something is a bad thing in itself.
Having seen my fair share of how gambling, even with money people can miss, messes with someone's brain, I'd caution against it.

this tank performs so bad that i got an ace tanker in it with 4,5k combined.
I changed my loadout to Vents, IRM & optics for open maps and Vents, IRM and turbo for city. I found with the IRM I was basically the same DPM as if I ran Rammer. Not on paper of course, but the length of time you need to wait to fire accurately without IRM eats up the benefit of the rammer and/or you're exposed longer if spotted. Now I can hit some snap shots and for me, the tank is much more enjoyable to play. My personal experience and 2 cents. Might swap vents back out for rammer later after I get more games with this loadout to compare but for now, its working.

I am almost always of the opinion that rammer is a waste. Count how many times you actually shoot the second your reload stopped. It's rare and most of the time even if you do, waiting .5 seconds longer wouldn't have mattered. Only long reloads does it make sense IMO.
@@servusdedurantem One could argue to use exhaust instead of vents on open maps. I try to always double bush when playing paper TD's, but it is a concern for sure.
@@kalashnikov1343 Brawling tanks need it as every shot and .1 second can count. But yeah, for a paper TD sitting in the back it isn't worth it if you have a bad aim time.
I feel as if having tanks with a specific purpose would be beneficial to make players play as a team with the 15 -1 matchmaking slowing the game down and making players think about map position. Consequences of pushing one side while abandoning a flank I'm not a fan I've played the game less and I won't buy the loot boxes if I want a tank I want to be able to buy it with out gambling for it

This happened to me with t30. I was unable to pen my shots and double checked if they nerfed the pen.
Leo PTA made this TD obsolete many years before WG even began thinking about putting this TD into the game.

if this tank was at tier 8 it would be decent at least but being at t9 without really much anything going for it.
@@AstelchIt will be between avarage and bad. Scorpion G, Strv S1, Su 130 PM and etc exist that means its useless maybe tier 7 with 300 dmg alpha gun
Just to update this from my prior comment. I just ran this thing again, and was one shot ammo rack deathed by a Foch. I cant even recall the last time I had something one shot me at this tier outside of a FV. So that should tell you just how fragile this thing is.
Yeah, think I will pass on these boxes. I will wait until Christmas loot boxes. hopefully they are better.

I tried to see if I could grab this one or the Jagdtiger PT. I got two other tanks instead of those. Part of me wishes I'd gotten the Jagdtiger or the Jager, so I was a little unsettled. However, the other way I see it is that I got over $80 in tanks and consumables for $15. Did a lot better in last years crates, and this time its more of a 50/50 on how well it went.
am waiting for christmas boxes, but I know WG wont let it be as good as last years boxes. All the boxes have sucked extra hard this year, its like they think they gave too much value last year with christmas boxes.
If they bump the reload time down 1 second or a full traverse turret it be well balanced. As is its almost good enough
So far in my battles I have killed this tank twice (as an enemy tank). Both for setting them on fire... 🔥
I'll say the only buff this thing needs is probably a fully rotatable turret.
better camo would at least make it have a role, right now it feels like using a jagdpanzer e100 with 30mm of armor and a medium tank gun
This and the KPZ 03, have the worst dispersions for a tank that has one of best accuracy for it’s tier. Somehow both these tanks tracers likes to travel near the edge of the aiming circle. Same goes for the Jpz E-100. Skorpion G, WT pz4, jagdtiger, grille 15 doesn’t seem to have this issue.
I personally think we outht to celebrate this tank. Many of you will remember the old days when premium vehicles were often “slightly worse that their tech tree counterparts” as the phrase would be in tank reviews. It was a good way of sacrificing a touch of performance in exchange for credit income boost, and it didn’t ruin the balance of the game. In the last 5 or more years it seems all premium tanks have been better than their tech tree counter parts which has lead to the current “give me OP tank for real money” meta in random queue. Let’s be happy that WG balance department is maybe being careful with turning the matchmaker into 80% too-strokg premium tanks to ruin the game for the tech tree grinders 🙂
True words ... if a new premium tank enters the game and it is not at least rated good it is "scrap" for most people as they expect "something worth their money". this expectation is not wrong in any meaning, but it was pushed by the power grind of the last years to not only "worth" for extra credits or free crew change but for having a (very) strong tank to "push winrate too". sadly this is mostly effecting newer players and not "the old guys" as newer players still in the grind have to play stock tech tree tanks once in a while and then fight the strong premiums not on equal terms. the older players having the grind only for new lines (and then even might use lots of free xp and sketches) can play their battles in topped out tech tree or often just go for the strong premiums and rarely go back to tech tree anyway, at leat for the mid tiers... or why tanks like Bourassque, Even 90, E25, BZ and some other are the most played tanks in the game?
I find the best equipment.
Experimental turbo or normal turbo, rammer and improved exhaust filter (im not sure if this is the name in english. Is the cammo equipment).
I reach 28'9 cammo rating and good speed and mobility.
Anyways this tank is sniper 100%, but now i can move along the map quickly and i have decent cammo rating.

I truly think this tank is the GSOR 1010 but as a TD. And with better mobility.
after playing almost 100 games in this tank, i can confirm, it's not that great, but not that bad either. Skill is just being a bit extreme, this tank might not be his play style, hence why he's playing with wrong equipment. There is no need for exhaust on this tank, use IAU and get the accuracy mods as well, this will make the gun so reliable you can stay far back and shoot from outside the spot range. Optics is not an option either, drop them for vent, to improve the fire rate and accuracy even further. With a good crew, you can get almost 440m view range anyways.
That being said, this tank is still slow, but the gun handling is awesome, almost no dispersion when moving the turret. Take advantage of that, sit back where you can, and fall back earlier if the team is losing the flank, or you'll be caught out.
With these equipments and strategy i was able to get ace tanker about 6 times in 70 games.
I got my Jager on with my very first gate key and only bought three for $1 US. Maybe i will just take the 2.5 mil silver for it.. good deal for $1

reminds me of 56 tp and gsor1010. when rng causes the gun to fail, those tanks are worthless.
Does armour and camo actually mean much for TD,s? It sounds like that is what you would want for a TD but the Skorpion G has terrible armour and camo and it seems to be well liked :D
Skorpion has rotating turret.
Camo means much, the Skorpions biggest drawback is the lack of camo. TDs with comparatively high alpha need to rely on camo to stay unspotted until they shot. The ambush element is important if you don't have armor and hitpoints. Skorpions lack of camo prevents you from using certain positions and the bad gun depression does aswell. That being said the Skorp is still quick (in a straight line) and has the most accurate gun of the premium tier 8 TDs I think (not sure though). Su 130 has better gun depression and camo, but the gun is very trollish and the tank isn't as fast, especially uphill.
its fast with really good aim time and very similar accuracy to the T3 jager and its a tier 8 making it basically just better than the jager at a tier lower
You can get by without armour and camo if the rest of the platform and the gun are decent enough.
This tank has less flexibility than a sh*tbarn, with a gun that's worse than that of tier 8 TDs
If it had hydropneumatic suspension, k-91 gun arcs and shell velocity, and maybe a bit more DPM it would be workable

I get the feeling that K2 might actually be the best of the "new" tanks in the boxes^^ At least the enemies that play it give me the most trouble.
I dont know about others but i really do like K2. Sure it is not as good tier to tier as IS-4 but at least u have some feeling like u are kinda IS-4 on VIII tier. And i do love sidescrapping / reverse sidescrapping so this tank fits me well. Gun is shit mobility is meh but at least armor works more than fine. Even some X tiers can bounce with bad aim / no gold so ye. Also this tank is not that popular so people struggles a bit to play against it. Like they dont know about weakspot at mantlet for gold ammo or upper turret plate.

don't know if K2 is the best, but as you say it can give you some fun in annoying players with it's good armor. and that's the problem of K2, "good" armor is the one feature of a tank that can easily negated by using "the 2 key" especially by the higher tiers you will meet in battle. Speed can't be negated by the enemy, concealment only by a certain degree (CVS) and firepower as looking on penetration only by an enemy with superior armor which are rare, gun handling and dpm never. And this is what makes BZ so strong, it has superior armor equal to higher tiers, it has great firepower in most aspects, it has mobility with its rocket boosts and concealment - never is important for a heavy, not K2, not BZ . K2 only has the armor - not looking to deep into its weak spots (BZ has fewer, harder to it).
These loot-boxes are already a scam without the "risk" of dropping trash like this KJPZ TIII Jäger, cause 250 gold per re-roll if you don't like your goodies.
250 gold = 1 dollar = price of 1 key so really you’re just spinning again

I think the biggest sin of the Jager is that it's a Leo PTA that's worse in most aspects and gets a bit better raw accuracy and aiming time in return. It's just not good
Now you make me feel bad. I bought just the small pack, the $20 pack and got 3 tanks and this was one. I felt super lucky to have it and now I regret that $20 spent.

I'm starting to be happy that I got JagdTiger Pr instead of this KJPZ xD At least I've played over 2k battle in line of jpz e100, and always loved JagdTiger, so I can't complain much now

The current meta is not for tds. The maps are too small too many corridors no armor for a mediocre gun. You need big fields
I mean, why would you play it? It's the same tank as the leo pta, but with a lot worse stats. Its not even that a select few stats are bad, basically most of the things you care about are worse than the leo.
I cannot make such stupid mistakes ... I do not buy any tank, do not pay any money to WG, do not need to buy premium tanks if you have 450+ free tanks.

So, being a 1900 wn8 rating and spend most of my time in tier 8-10, I would like to think I can at least make some kinda of fair judgement of a tank in my garage. I put over 30 battles in with this so far, and...it really is trash. Its too big. It has possibly worse than light tank armor. It can't do a full turret traverse. Its really not as mobile as it is made out to be (bout as fast as a faster heavy tank). Low damage per min due to low damage per shot. Its benefits? 6 shots per min, accuracy, and gun depression. But the depression is negated by the lack of armor so you cant abuse hilly terrain, making it moot. It's not a fun td to play, at all. Because of the complete lack of armor you will eat about any round fired at you, including HE, taking out your ammo rack and transmission. I have only had one shot bounce off the top of the hull, a APCR round. Nothing else.

I actually liked this tank. Its a nice money maker, and pretty much the most typica triangle ever. Great to snipe and farm credits and bad for everything else. Dont try to be agressive with it, think of it as an Strv or S1 and only play redline.
Scorion G have the same bad camo but it hits for 500 and have the same dpm. That means Jeger is useless
@@Kristiyan-Angelov not really. Jager gun is MUCH more accurate. They arent really comperable tanks. Skorpion is much more flexible, but the Jager gun is much more reliable. Jager gameplay is the same as the Strv, very diferent from the skorpion.
If its like an STRV then it should at least have good camo. Its a very low tank, so it would make sense.
@@vampirecount3880the problem is: Skor is tier 8 and Jager is tier 9, you have to face much more difficult situation in Jager than in Skor, and when compare with Strv, you dont have high camo as Strv... If this is a tech tree Tank, it is okay to be honest, but it is a premium tank from a gacha event
@@vampirecount3880 jager gun is more accurate, on paper. In actual practice it is at least on par, if not worse since the dispersion on movement is horrid.

Skill I thing WG learned from T8 premium mistake and all T9 premium aren't that special tanks. OP T9 would over run T8 and compete with T10. I think it really good decision not to put out OP T9 tanks.

This tank is basically the UDES 14/15 but the profile is even bigger. The tank itself isn't incredible, it has a decent gun and that's it, it's a glass cannon.

You are right Skill, this tank sucs. However I do like the Jagtiger Pro very much.
I guess the ones who wanted to buy lootboxes have already done so, so there is little to no damage for WG sales due to such vids, so in future similar events they don't really bother changing anything but continue making average "premium" tanks which people pay money for... If you guys could release these kind of vids at the same time with lootboxes sales start that would make a huge difference to community and WG.

The way this stupid game handles the mechanics of gun accuracy means that any value below 0.3 practically makes no difference, in my experience. Conversely, you can snap shot derpy Russian guns without aiming and 50% of the time the shot will go exactly where the reticle is, like a laser.

I spend already approx 70€ to get this shit 😢. This need much more camo and speed or 360 turret. Its horible tank. Big big dissapontments of this one. I expect cammo similar as char.

good. its best a tank gets released weak instead of super strong, or does everyone want a bz176 repeat? wg should continue this trend of releasing premium tanks that are not strong, since if they do buff it they can never nerf since we all know wg doesnt nerf premiums anymore because of the p2w crowd.
Yesterday i have a 6K dmg battle wit this tank in abbey map, tier VIII and IX game. I dont remember the last time i have done this amount of dmg.
The trick is the battle was finished in draw. In long battles this tank can perform whell.
I have rammer, IRM and experimental turbo, wich add more stabilization.
For sniper maps i equip rammer, exhaust and optics.
I dont use vents because i put food in this tank.
For me is not very good tank, but can play with it sniping and for me is one of the best tier IX premium.
T44100 lover is a well known on pl community, and yes if players like that makes 3k dmg average its mean something. This guy is just outplayed every tank and tanker in that game. He's something else like that vehicle 😂
If he have the same match making like the average player, he would still do better then them, BUT his stats will not be so high.. Those guys have a really good match making most of the time. If they do nothing in battle they still have 60%+ winrate

New td is godly 😁 all in how you use it. Dpm is good and prem ammo has high pen decent reload but its not broken like other prems so people don't like it all in all its a good tank
And Skill hate it because it's a totally sniper tank. This tank just don't match his playstyle at all. For campers at the back, this is a good tank except the crews.
For me, I will still rate it as below average. Just use a Strv.
