its so true, you really do have be decisive about when you should just shoot the gold rather than pixel peep.
See and I disagree. I also tend to get better results with fully upgraded and tuned up tech tree tanks more often than most premium tanks. Gold usually has less alpha. It definitely bounces way more often in CW, which I play across all the tiers and eras. Anyway, I find gold to be very situational. The best thing any of us can do is get to those through the side shots. I think through the sides is better than a tail shot because there is so much equipment that can be destroyed.

@@caseybyington7197 What are you even talking about. I don't think there is a single vehicle that has lower alpha on gold. Maybe one or two at most - and there are like 700 vehicles in the whole game! This is not "most" and even then, how is gold situational?? It is better in almost all aspects than standard ammo. Only the shell velocity sometimes is worse when HEAT ammo is on the gold slot. But it sometimes even has more damage, has better penetration values. HEAT rounds are better at penning high angles and have great pen at the cost of hitting modules for 0 dmg. APCR on the other hand are quicker, have slightly or just outright a lot better pen than standard. It doesn't bounce more frequently. So what you are saying has close to no sense.
Rule #1. Don't be the guy in the front. That's what i've always hated about WoT; the good players who snipe and relax in the beginning RELY on players going up front on the line and dying to both spot and hold the line to get farmed from range. And they get so little credit compared to the "better" players. Just think, if everyone was a "better" player, no one would ever push. Why would you push? You'll just get focused and die. Pushers/assaulters don't get any respect, and often its thanks to widespread use of gold rounds making armor nearly irrelevant. Imagine D-Day; someone has to be the first off the boat. And after nearly all the troopers on the beach die, the sniper on the landing boat talks smack afterwards about how much better he is because he's still alive. That's "better" players for you.
I just play for fun, which is why I stick mostly to low tier. But yeah, when I actually sit back and think about the way the game is designed, it's absolute dogshit. Aggression is *NEVER* rewarded unless you have overwhelming numbers on that flank. And if that's the case, your other flank is wide open.
I keep saying people need to get somehow rewarded for taking/blocking dmg so it's not all about farming from safe positions.
@@PhotriusPyrelus Back when the game first game out there was gold ammo (now premium ammo) which required spending actual gold so most players just used normal ammo, that ment armor was way more reliable so being aggressive alone or with a few was a good option. Also several maps were different or still in the game, they were more open thus better to move across maps. Sadly this has completely changed and games can be very boring.
You've clearly never watched Players like Dakillzor Skill4ltu or Mailand .. 3 quick examples of superunicum streamers who are always aggressive in there approach if they are in a heavt/armoured tank. Which leads to the next point, if you are being "first" in a med or other lightly armoured tank .... you are doing it wrong.
11 plus year played and this is absolute truth.
Here's my take: ( I have 3 marked most of my tier 10s ) I'm not the best player but I think a lot of people forget simple math - if it's 3 vs 6, run away.
Secondly, people misunderstand aggression and confidence. Yes Unicums do play aggressively, it's the only way we 3 mark heavies - try sniping with an is7. The difference is we trade well, load gold ammo to negate rng and often win 1v1s. That's confidence in our tank and play.
The better you get the more confidence you gain and more aggressive you can play.
I used to play like this, but concentrating this hard on a game was tiring and wasn't very fun. I quit trying so hard and just started playing for fun. It was pretty fun for years... now it's just pay-to-win 15-3 battles every day.
That TVP though.... it's always really irritated me that the TVP has never been nerfed, but the Std. B and Progetto have been nerfed several times, even though they never were as good as the TVP is.

How YOU CAN DO IT(Yes, I am lazy to do a ideo so I will do it here):
1) DO NOT PLAY THE GAME YOURSELF!
2) Find a game reply on the net by sorting by biggest damage.
3)Comment on what you saw after watching the reply.
4)Now go and tell everyone how to get better by telling them what they see on screen with their on eyes.
Now I will watch your video and see if I am on the right path.

Thats what i thought. I learn literately quit nothing. You can give all the tipps you want but in the end you have to learn all those positions on every map and when its the time to be there. And that takes just time.

I usually end up with teammates that would rather take a loss then get shot even one time. Apparently they still think it'll hurt!
Nicely done, and I'm looking forward to the rest of the series. Also, a tip of the pith helmet to the sniping Super Conqueror in the first replay. Camped for 13 minutes (and got farmed), and only moved forward to steal the last kill. 🙄
1st game: Leopard should've died immediately for staying in the bush while being spotted. Simply knows where to camp to farm the enemy tanks and no one is praying him for not pushing with a Leo I, even a baby would understand that. Usual GOLDSPAM, not even guilty about it by putting it as first option. At one point keeps going back and forth, leaving cover and keeps getting spotted and no one shoots him up until the 3rd time he does it and it's only one shot. Fails to cross to the other side so not that good driving skills as well. Goes for the E100 tracks in a very important moment of the battle and misses while going for the turret would ve been insta-pen. Good flanking move but with a tank that goes at 65 km/h isn't that much impressive. Doesn't even aim the shot at the Mino at the end and misses.
A 48% player could've played this game and it would've been the same result.
Also nice touch to remove its reload time since it's under 7 seconds and that means improved vents and improved gun rammer, and chocolate.
Not even going to watch the other games since this first one was already a joke and there's no important tip to understand from it.
What's more important about that Leopard 1 was they had a great team. Push two flanks and spotting for snipe shots. My sniper Sheridan would have tore it up in that battle as well.

I love this game but I'm considering quitting again because it is not fun having to play a premium tank over and over and over to be able to stay positive in credits
Learn to become better, the more damage you do (with normal ammo, and even pening premmo) you will lose less/make more credits. Also join a booster clan, more than enough of those :)
Or simply don't play high tier.

Being an opportunity attacker, is the best for middle level tanks. Shoot and duck seems the best move.

of course it only applies to situations like this with this EBR-105[or other vehicle] driving through a field and about to hide behind a rock so you shoot with your unshrinked crosshair hoping to hit (and RNG lucky)

a tip for you aas well i see most peeps use the center reticle to target actually using the side ticks is lead time. i saw you using the center dot on the EBR and missing a lot. there is a reason theres side ticks ask a rl tanker what there used for. will help u not miss moving fast tanks

Any tips for playing M48 Rpz or any tank with big ass cupola, but tough turret?
Nothing too fancy really. I am not a pro at the game, more like avarege plus maybe with 54% wr.
But I do that trick on that map/spawn but problem is the endless 5-15/15-5 simulator. Being rushed by 7+ tanks because your team got killed/farmed easily earlier.
Yes granted there are ways you can improve but the games for the longest time are decided by RNG with the aweful MM system.
I've lost matches where I did 5-7k dmg more times that I want to admit.
I found a great way to increase my damage and that's to press the "2" key! I make tons of credits with my ELC EVEN 90 and so I spend them spamming gold. Even then I still have over 70 million credits and it grows every day by at least a 1/4 million!

Be me - play like first leo extremely carefully for 10 mins - gets spotted for the first time and get amoracked or set on fire with first hit received.... i have 6 skill crew and food like these guys but rng is always there to stop me from reaching 9k dmg
There are many of these maps that have specific places that you should NEVER move out past. The idea is to block all exits and entrances to your base and force opponents to come across open space and be fanned out enough that no enemy goes unnoticed and that even if they send several tanks to one spot to break through a single to a few tanks can hold them off well enough to have backup arrive. There are always people gripping because they drove out into some death trap by themselves and no one followed. They are the stupid ones though. I can't stand hidey little stat suffing campers either, except TDs, it's their job. But rhere is moving out to a stronghold and spotting and whatnot and then there is just being stupid.

You know what is funny ? I had this strange game in a T-44 (russian tier 8 med) on Studzianki, so i was playing mid on A-B line and i had an opponent that peaked very carefully at the top of the hill, just enough for him to spot me constantly and i was so irritated, the funny thing here is, having no gun depression on the t-44 i fired 3 consecutive shots to the top of the mini-hill and even tho the guy's cupola was like some 25cm bellow my aimpoint he still got the hits and died - RNG is a funny thing in WoT...

I'm still pissed T 1 and 2 left during my hiatus. ...I have some, but not all. Never got the Polish T1 or the Italian.
Some day I wish I will learn to penetrate every shot, like those guys. So far, fully aimed, pointing at the green part of the enemy armor, I usually hit the dirt in front, or way above the tank, or if I hit the tank, of course the shell will hit a non penetrating part of the armor. It's frustrating to end the game with 3 penetration from 11 direct hits with Grille 15. It's frustrating to ding a light tank with a Jagdpanzer E100, twice in a game. I'm not sure if all of this are because I am a bad player or it's because have a free to play account.

the three most important tips are simply RNG do you hit RNG do you pan RNG do you high roll or lower roll RNG, RNG,RNG!!.and let's not forget DPM of tank and if you have one of those three minute games!!where are your racing around the map chasing damage because the game is going to be over.

There is only two roles in this game. Free to play players who drive Type 5 heavy and Pay two win gold spammers who farm them with auto aim.
Cap lol, learn bushes, flank enemies (side armor is ez to pen on most tanks), if someone pokes and falls back you can get a free shot off …. Basically just punishing mistakes can get you a fire for effect every game

Lmao get good and actually learn the game, you never have to pay anything if you do it right. Theres many ways to get premium tanks for free and if you are skilled ways to get gold for free aswell.
Regardless having gold and premium tanks doesn't make you better, it's just that good players use that to be even more effective. If you are useless in a techtree tank you will be useless in a Chief or 279 with gold ammo aswell.

Playing Solo is Hard and Difficult, because you can’t count on teammates to support you, or play the “roles” of tanks.
Those giving advise or showing replays need to show content showing the Solo as well. 👍

Been playing this game for long time and I can say that the game picks who it want to win. I'm a good players but when the game want to make sure my team loses it wont matter how much pen you have shooting into paper it will bounce or just give you a crit with no dam. I could show you replys that would blow your mind on the rigged mechanics. Good thing it more people are starting to catch on compared to those in the past.

Because no matter how hard you try, you will definitely experience negative emotions. Why? Because 15 random players against 15 random players.
Equal fights are extremely rare.

I need help. I'm recently returned to the game. Last I played it cost actual gold for high Penn shells. And ive found even with a premium account and not using premium consumables I can not earn any credits. Unless I want to play the same premium tank over and over and over again. I've researched 7 tier ten tanks. I've only been able to buy one. I can't just lock in and play my tier nine tech tree tank to get the tier ten tank because I'll run out of credits before I earn enough exp.
Thats the concept of the game. Everyone is low on credits. Experience is not your problem, credits are. You have to farm them with premium tanks and maybe booster or so.

When i am playing in a match and killed or just hit they seem to see me even i have not been spotted ¨no sound for being spotted¨ ?
This happens more and more for the last 6 months to me at least .
Before it was a shoot or two but not multiple shoot that will kill me .
It has happen that they stop shooting when i am in cover and start shooting again after i get out to get a shoot away .
Still without getting spotted ?!
Are they cheating or is their a new thing that can silence the spotting alarm ?
Remember that if you die within 3 seconds of being spotted then your sixth sense does not go off. Also I blind fire A LOT so you may just be going to typical bushes and meeting people like me. And if you are permaspotted (i.e. a light tank spots you AND KEEPS YOU SPOTTED but does not fire and give away their presence) then you may be spotted all the time and suffering accordingly. This happens more in higher tiers as CVS on a light tank will spot you through bushes more easily and higher tier LTs are often better players than lower tiers. I play just about every day and have not noticed anything similar that I cannot explain as above. The last situation explains your "It has happen that they stop shooting when i am in cover and start shooting again after i get out to get a shoot away ."
My suggestion would be to move away from positions where you have been shot once and find somewhere else to shoot from.

Regards to the first game.......there is no diffrence between the med and a td. This has been an issue in the game for years now. Meds camp the red line for damage as they watch the team die. They do nothing diffrent from a td.
Meds are more flexible. Even a med like the leo can be played effectively in a city. And the other two meds featured in this vid also didn't play like tds either

Problem I see with the game & players who claim to be so good to the point of bragging about it, is the fact that they either play heavily OP premium or reward vehicles & they spam premium ammo. Buying a tank that's stronger in most ways than any researchable tank doesn't make you a good player. Pressing 2 after having 5 or 6 of your shots bounce off a well positioned enemy tank so you start penning every shot doesn't make you a better player. Paying to have a superior advantage doesn't make you a better player. But it makes Wargaming happier!
The first game in the leopard 1 was a full spam of premium shells. So sure great positioning but the fact you point out the use of premium shells in the TVP game is like unnecessary as the first game was all about premium shells
hitting every shot form over 480 meter smells like a aimbot knowing that other pretty accurate guns missing constantly form ranges partwise under 200 meter whilst fully aimed in
Aimbot doesn’t exist in wot like it does in other games. All calculations are done server side, hitting shots just rely on good rng
It is the most accuerate tanks in wot, sooo no aimbot. Plus he was shoothing only apcr (more speed velocity shell)

First time I attempted server side reticle, some shots I took at range would smack target and rip off HP in ways I had never before managed. The game ended in a victory. Next battle still with the server side reticle ON, I struggled like a tethered goat to place the aiming dot on enemy tanks. We lost woefully.
I have since deactivated the darn thing and I'm beginning to think this game is far more predetermined and influenced than we had first thought. I think the word I'm looking for is FIXED. Sheeeesh!!!

Bring it down a few tiers for new players…….
Based on my last 1-2000 battles I am considered a unicum now, but compared to that 907 I'm still just a beginner. :D I can't believe people can deal damage so consistently. I am still struggling to pen most enemy tanks because of missing/not penning weak spots. I mostly play light tanks because I don't have to deal with the super rng based gunplay there, but because of this, if it comes to killing armored vehicles I usually can't succeed.
And i see you play wot console way different than pc so make sure you let people know that so they know to absolutely not listen to you if they are playing the pc version.

Do not play WOT! No matter how good you are , how much you grind , the game will always make you play with more advanced players , so you will pay more and play more , it’s same old joke of a game
I second your statement, no matter how much you spend the game will always demand more. If you get too gud you will be matched against sweats who only fire gold and play the most broken tanks in platoons. Happens on console too so there's no escape just play a different game or better someone make a good arcade tank rts game that's 60$ to buy and has no pay to win elements. I'd even buy that for 80$ physical copy
Your take on waiting till fully aimed is bullshit. If you always wait until you are fully aimed you will miss out on many shots and only the shot you did not fire is a guaranteed miss.
On tier 10 everyone has full view range (or close to it) or he is doing something wrong. View range is king anything else does not matter cause if you can outspot the enemy you can see and hit before the enemy can spot you = free dmg.
Obj 907 is not a good vehicle to show cause it has no real frontal weakspot. Which means the enemy had to fire gold to do some dmg.

The video has not even started for me and I bet none of these tanks are on a STANDARD ACCOUNT,,, so unless I want to buy a Prem account, so I can pay for being frustrated and complained out of the game by cheaters.... Whos stupid enough to pay to be cheated... play this rigged game for what it is... in real life leopard is dead in this game.before i reaserched leo i was waching thes video and tought wow nice accuracy and reload and pen....in reality 1/2 shels blocked by tracks ,ricoshets and graund shots nonstop.with lack of armor and bad rng this tank is werry bad.i chose better stb1

s. One day i played super conqueror without gold rounds and i did 3k and then i played full gold and did 6k . You dont need to be skilled nowadays because there is always that rat who spams gold and fires your tank everywhere else but its weakspots

I believe later on we increase the size of the minimap to show what I mean. In future videos I will make the map fullscreen when talking about the position!
If there’s 907/4201/279 in the round I always focus them on arty. Those cybercutlets must suffer. 😂
