ZEZ Sun - Let's build our energy!

In March 2024, the ZEZ Sun energy cooperative opened its first call for members to fund its first solar PV plant on the roof of the City Market in the city of Križevci in Croatia.
In only 10 days almost 100 new members joined the cooperative and secured the required 140.000 euros.

ZEZ Sun is a European energy cooperative founded by the Green Energy Cooperative (ZEZ). It brings together citizens for joint, long-term, and non-speculative investment in solar PV plants to create positive social, ecological, and economic values in their community.
In ZEZ Sun, we involve citizens, craftsmen, entrepreneurs, farmers, and other legal entities in the production of renewable, locally produced electricity, for the benefit of the members of the cooperative, as well as the community in which we operate. In short, in ZEZ Sun we produce our energy.
