PORK SANDWICH PORTO STYLE - Bifanas a moda do Porto ( Seriously delicious)

Ingredients
200g Porkloin or Cutlets (cut thinly)
1 small onion chopped roughly
SLICED GARLIC
Black Pepper & SALT
3-4 Bay Leaves
1 Teaspoon of Paprika (Sweet)
1/2 Teaspoon of cinnamon
500ML OF beer/lager
1 shot of whisky
2 tablespoon of olive oil
1 tbsp of Lard
250ml Passata
Piri piri sauce (optional)
Portuguese Bread roll - Papo Seco or Bolo do coco (or any bread roll)
