The biggest shock of this season is finding out Jack has never seen Pirates of the Caribbean
*so far. Will be bigger when we get promoted from 17th
Norwich played to keep the ball and avoid a big defeat. The players played to avoid injury and keep fit for the play-offs. That strategy left Hull having to score 7 plus goals in their game as long as the opposition didn’t score any. Yes, it was disappointing and boring, but tactically was pretty astute. Imagine if City went hell for leather on full attack and got caught 2,3,4 times on the counter - that would have left Hull with a more achievable score target. As it happens it wasn’t needed - hence Wagner’s comment of “Who cares?”. Onwards and upwards through the play-off’s !! Come on you Yellows!!
Love how Jack says he only “likes films if they’re real” - yet proceeds to say he’s seen finding Nemo. I forgot that was a compelling drama based on a true story 😂

Norwich is a fine city I've lots of fond memories and friends in Norwich going back to the late 70's UEA the Gala , Jacquard, 10 bells ,Argyle street I even went to Wembley in 85 to watch Norwich win the cup I even watched my cousin win the world snooker final the day after Leeds lost 4 .0 at Carrow road But i'm Leeds .I'm not sure what Leeds team will turn up There's rumours of player fall outs Summerville /Perio ] Summerville may be injured along with Bamford and James It's not looking good. because strikers is our strength The midfield is average and the defence if everyone is playing bad enough to protect them are bloody awful and Don't get me started on Meslier
Yes Leeds have been in 5 play offs and lost them all We were in the first play off v Charlton who finished bottom third in division 1
I fear West Brom more than the others because we need space to play and West Brom wont give us any We never do well V West Brom They took 4 points of us this year We got relegated there in 82 Ray tinkler incident 71 that cost us the league
We should beat Norwich if we're on form .and we owe Southampton a game after playing badly both times this season
I know Farke was good at Norwich I remember his team at Leeds on that night game near the end of the season and Norwich were good but I'm not convinced by Farke He's created a friendly atmosphere and the players play for him After that i haven't a clue He plays the same way every time same team which is great when we're at it but we struggle when his first 11 is off it because the other players don't get a look in The only time i was nearly convinced was Leicester but i think it was the players not Farke tactical ability He plays the same all the time He makes subs around 80 mins even when it''s clear at half time it needs changes The only game our subs made a difference was away at Norwich Norwich dominated us until we made subs but there was no tactical He just overloaded our team with strikers and that changed the game When we went in front he took off our strikers off and put defenders off and we nearly lost it again .Forget Farke i doubt he will have any influence on this game it will be down to the players .It's down to who as the bottle and desire .
In order to beat Leeds, we must do what we did with Cardiff at home and smash them 4-1 and give it our all. Our away form has slowly gotten better throughout the season but we can not afford any risks in the 2nd leg. Just give it our all at home and score as many and aim for a draw or keep scoring.

Regards Leeds, I’ve watched loads of them recently and they have been terrible. However always the worry of their forward line which is ridiculous at championship level. Think I’d rather them in the semi final than final, as if they got to the final confidence would be back and the size of Wembley trying to contain their forwards would be a nightmare.

Im Leeds, we have been losing the midfeild in the last 6 games because we play 2 deep sitting CMs and Rutter is too shattered from the amount of games to press back properly. Gray has been isolated on his own because his partner Gruev has been playing too deep. So all you have to do is outnumber us in the center and then our forward line becomes rather moot and pointless. We leave too much space between our front 4 and the Cms
Ipswich fan here, it's a sin for me to say this, if you do beat Leeds, just get the job done so we can have East Anglian Derby back in the premier league.

If we can win at home, at Elland road I can see us playing similarly to when we played Ipswich away. It was awful to watch but each player put in maximum effort to get the job done. Wagner is more shrewd than he gets credit for.

I’m in the same camp as Chris when it comes to Wagner’s attitude about the Birmingham game. But worse still, Wagner said in his pre match presser that he wanted Norwich to really go for it against Birmingham. Now with those after match comments where he said I don’t care, it doesn’t matter, we can clearly see that he lied. If he had honestly said that we weren’t going to push too hard, a lot of those travelling supporters wouldn’t have spent their time and money on going. I’ve never been one of the Wagner out guys but him telling lies is disappointing.
Leeds fan looking in. Tough one to call this. It all depends on which Leeds turn up, at 95-100% we win, anything less we lose. This could be a tight 1-1, 2-0 to Norwich or 1-3 to Leeds...frankly no idea. We have become inconsistent and impossible to predict. I think if Leeds lose ER will be very nervous and you win over 2 legs but if we win or draw then ER will be a hostile, intimidating, noisy cauldron and we should win. I have a sneaking suspicion that we nick this game by 1 and the 1st team of choice is now fit.

I know what Wagner meant, but it was an extremely poorly worded statement. He can't on the one hand criticise the fans for not getting behind the team and then when they do in their numbers expect them to gratefully accept 'a poor performance' after the promise Norwich would be up for it and going for a win.
