As an India Muslim i can say .. Muslims are living peacefully in india and earning their bread and butter. Our religious places are protected and you will find many masjid and madarsa in every area. Muslims are working proudly in every sector in india ,be it defense ,IT, Public admin etc. "YES" their are some hooligans who make's unnecessary noise but we have a very STRONG justice system. Indian Muslims are living happily. I work for one of the biggest IT firm and doing good at my work . My seniors and colleagues are hindu, sikh, christian etc and we are like family.

For the coder that gets panic attacks - try to find a remote job.
A lot of companies have permanently switched to wfh.

Panic attack happens because we get afraid. It happens at 9 because she thinks she will get it at 9. Your mind can’t know what time it is. Until you remember it is 9 and I will get panic attack. When we try to resist something it persists. Eg close your eyes , and don’t think about a pink elephant. What will happen be that all you would think about will be a pink elephant.
Solution:- invite the discomfort. Accept those feelings. Remember panic attack can’t kill you. Remember that. And stop resisting panic attack. In fact invite it. Tell your brain, yes mind it’s panic attack time. Give me a panic attack. I want it. And in sometime you will stop having it. Also if she wants some ssri’s could help calm her down to. Talk to psychiatrist. Biggest thing is to invite this discomfort. It’s the opposite of what your panic attack wants you to do. It wants you to fear it. You invite it. CZcams dr Reid Wilson. Is he the best in explaining this. He also has written books on it. Video series too. All to help people with anxiety. Thanks. Have a good day

Bhai in Pakistan people have been fed the religious hate against all other religions, and have been told that no one else can co-exist in this Islamic society, whereas in India we don't even care if the other person is Muslim or Parsi or Jew etc. We have so much variety in our society which gives us a chance to develop mentally.

🇮🇳 🇵🇰 Indian Muslim have a habit of coexisting with other community and we are inter dependent on each other . People outside India think we live in hell. But dude if 200 million muslims had a issues with the establishment no supreme leader would be able to control us . Just like you can see when only 2 % sikh farmers bring the government to its nee. I would choose any day India . It’s the land of my ancestors and will stand side by side with my Hindu brothers . I would request them just to help us and see how the government is damaging our childrens future by doing Hindu Muslim. What I noticed about Pakistani muslims are they r are too eager to proof they are the true muslims . I am talking from experience . And Pakistan had Islamization period were language and local tradition was disproportionated . Where in India a muslims from kerela would connect to a Hindu who speak his language than another Muslim from UP . We keep our religion aside. But do value religion at the same time . But no need to bring that into everything. Just like muslims are part of western society living in west but practice Islam as well.

Cousin marriages are still pretty prevalent in parts of south indian states and not limited to muslims but buddhist and hindus as well. Primarily due to ancient practices when there used to be fights in kingdoms and people used to be reluctant to marry a person from another place.
Maybe I am wrong, but still cousin marriages are happening here as well( less in number of course but considering the population of India, a small chunk of percentage is also huge).

TO THE SECOND woman!! please bring up attachment styles + Pavlov's rule with your therapist. The panic attacks sound like an anxious attachment byproduct, you can also look into DBT for emotional regulation. It is very common for children who didn't have their needs fulfilled to mask and struggle with proper independent emotional regulation. Goodluck!!

I could not relate to many problems (except to some extent with Software Developer), but it made me realise one thing - people have multiple different issues and no one has a perfect life. It made me feel good in a way, I am not the only one to have problems. I know it sounds very basic, but that's how I felt. And it felt good. Thank you Junaid 🙏🏻

About the Panic Attack at 9 PM for the Doctor Girl : I can completely relate to this as I too went through something similar. I was involved with a guy 2 years back, and that was also long distance. He used to call me at 8 PM and it had become a pattern for sometime. I was emotionally addicted to him, and would even get shooting pains up my left arm during my panic attacks. On days when he wouldn't call me around 8 PM, I would get frantic and would wonder why he's not calling. I would stalk him on WhatsApp to see if he's online. I even started stalking him on Truecaller, and if a person's phone is engaged, it shows on Truecaller with a red sign. I would go berserk and wonder as to whom he's talking to. I was hooked to him primarily because he hadn't committed to me. And we had this fling, flirtatious thing going on. And he would blow hot and cold, and he knew when exactly to come back for me (after ignoring me for few days) and get me back in the nook. It took extreme determination and perseverance on my part to get over him and get rid of this unhealthy habit of mine. You need to be kind to yourself first. Perhaps, if the guy had committed to me and been a proper boyfriend, I wouldn't have fretted so much. But because I knew that he wasn't completely mine to have and I would only get scraps from him, I was so emotionally starved. I too have an anxious attachment style. But being with an emotionally unavailable, non committal guy, who just wants to keep it casual and at his convenience, made my condition worse. Be kind to yourself and understand where your triggers are coming from.

In India, girls and women get extensive rights. Like, if girl say anything wrong about a guy, his life is ruined. There are many cases where girl's fake allegations destroyed life of the boy. But yes, there are still domestic violence, but are becoming rarer. Indian Muslims are more liberal because of the society. Not offending but Hindu and Indian culture are naturally more liberal, so that's the reason i guess.

    What!!!!!😳😲
It's haram to drive Scooty for women in Pakistan
    Bruh
I don't know, whatever the problem is with muslims and the government of India as for now it's just politics.
But I have many a times seen Indian Muslim women who wear Hijab and Jeans and drive Scooty
And I live in Eastern U.P. which is like not the most developed part of U.P.
But women are outing and going solo
Obviously in the night it's not safe after 11 and 12 to party and come home on walk(by cars and other vehicles you can), since some sober who are fully drunk roam the cities and that's why rape cases happen here in India, since it becomes difficult for a woman to walk at night(in Delhi, not in Mumbai, Mumbai is safer than many international cities of the world and the city never sleeps) .
But definitely at this I don't know but Pakistan has to change with women's rights.... it's not ok that women should always remain inside and work between 4 walls.😶🙌
