  • Successive reports from NGO Monitor have revealed that Ireland is pursuing a very selective anti-Israel policy in terms of how it uses Irish taxpayer money to fund NGOs agitating against Israel on the global stage. Some of these NGOs are even official affiliates of proscribed terrorist organisations including the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP).

The Scottish first minister's wife runs an organisation called The SNP Friends of Palestine, they raise significant amounts of money for Gaza, but they are not a charity and as such are not subject to the rules and regulations the OSCR impose on charity fundraising. Needless to say that means the money can go anywhere they choose. Given the Leader of the SNP's connection to GAZA we have to assume that the money goes to Hamas.

Shalom Daniel, the article you have posted is very informative I've always been suspicious about the Irish government and other TDs involvement regarding palastine and funding especially the extremist rhetoric of people before profit against Israel, I'm not sure what could be done regarding the Irish government's funding of what could basically be regarded as financing terrorism which is a crime any TDs that are involved in this should be forced to resign and possibly face criminal charges ( whatever is applicable) I stand with Israel 🇮🇱 ,

irish aid, why is it always 81,000 euro's??? has to be a reason why it's always 81,000 euro's, and also thanks for the info, i now see where the rhetoric is coming from that the sinn fein kids spout about Israel, it's nearly verbatim.

My guess would be that this was due to budgeting. The same specific number was disbursed to a number of different NGOs. I'd imagine that if you add all the figures up they'd sum to something more logical.
