I've seen a ton of your videos. I like the huge 3500+ sq foot ones that you do. But this is by far my favorite "reasonably sized" home. Fantastic work!
The pony wall is also prepared as a good access point if you ever screen it in.
More of a home more our size. Christine said it was interesting you guys can put a door at the bottom of the stairs without a 3x3 landing. She said in Virginia you couldn’t do it like you did. People should keep local building codes in mind when they watch. Some things they see, they might not be able to do.

Since I didn’t see an area for a dining table I thought what if you use the island as a dining room table as well all sides can have chairs underneath

Looks great, too bad the garage bath doesn't have a shower. It's kinda to bad we don't build "wet baths" in the USA like exist in other parts of the world for those times when it would be nice to have an occasional use shower.

Dining area is generally incorporated into the “great room” combo of living, dining, kitchen.
I know that but in some of these, I dont see space for a table. Maybe its just the angles of videos but thats what it looks like to me@@jesseostone386
