      That was a quick slant. Three step drop. If you can read the QB and the O Line very quick you can see that coming. You kind of lurk and then recover ASAP and undercut it. But only if you’re man to man. Doesnt work in zone coverage (Cover 2) since that route is specific to work in between zones in Cover 2

      Deion had great anticipation, and was extremely elusive..but his speed was definitely overrated..his timing was near perfect..these stories about getting out of a limo at the combine in street tennis shoes and barely stretching and busting a 4.25 40 are just not true..fast definitely..but Darrell Green was and is the fastest man to ever play in the NFL..closely followed by Chris Johnson and Bob Hayes..there were a couple of little squirts that had amazing times but Deion would not be in the top 5..Bo neither ..Bo was an amazing player but too big to run the speeds they alleged..not physically possible..I don't like Deion as a player or coach..he is one of the reasons I watch very little nfl, that and their stinking kneeling..jerks..but sanders started alot of this high stepping and stupid end zone look at me dance..screw him

      Yeah I was also amazed by that. T.O. was pretty damn fast, but Deion basically didn’t touch the ground when he ran, it was like he was on ice skates or gliding like a bird. Smoothest and fastest runner I’ve ever seen play football.

      Stop caption yal , yes he is faster but to ran 4.4 and had game speed gear so was likely 4.3 prime 4.2 wasn’t enough space to tell anything there . They were sidedodging etc To sidedodged a person and also knew it was a free play as did prime

      Ricky Mendez Yeah I like to use the eye test as well as numbers. Because Jerry Rice got to play with Joe Montana, Steve Young, and Rich Gannon basically his entire career. Not saying that’s why his accolades were what they were, but that’s the best scenario for a WR in that era for 20-years. Can you imagine what numbers Moss or a guy like Michael Thomas would have if they played with some combo of Brady, Brees and then a Matt Ryan-caliber guy their whole career? Rice is the GOAT and he was also blessed with incredible QBs.
