Hey all!
A couple things. I love the Tom Cruise Mission: Impossible movies. It's number 2 all the way for me. John Woo, Metallica had the "I Disappear" single for it, Sean Bean, and besides a couple dialogue clips, it's basically one big action sequence. But I'm super exited about the new one. Mission: Impossible was actually one of the first songs I remember hearing. My parents liked the show from the 80s and when I was very young, that was my jam. Anyway, I tried to incorporate all sorts of chord moves to make it a little different without faring too far away from the classic. Hope ya dig

Fabulous version. The crunchy power riffs in the low range were nice, but the whammied riffs in the high range were sublime. And then the swept variant of the high riff too. Top notch effort as usual :)

I don't hear the correct time signature for this one. Did you base your your cover on the movie theme or the original TV theme? The TV theme, which is the original theme, is in 5/4. It changes the song's entire feeling and the rhythm of the every measure. They sound like each other, but the TV theme has a much better and unique sound to it than the common time that the movie composer used.
