I did a deck like this but with 4 luminous and one legacy and like 6 or 7 fighting energies. Same idea with the bravely charms but I added some pennys to loop the okidogis. Also one less garchomp line since its there to charge the okidogis and maybe another for late/mid game.

I like the Penny loop as long as you don’t get OHKoed.

I think game one, you should have counter catchered the Raikou and knocked it out with Okidogi. You'd activate their Counter catcher, but you'd need to only take one prize from there.

I think you should try collapsed to get rid of the two prize liability and drop the energy count down a bit to 9-10. I think also putting in something that can nuke would be good too.
