Playing the rage-quit Gengar ex deck! AGAIN! Hoff Misplays PTCGL

Tom played this exact deck a few weeks ago in our Path to Pikachu TCG series, and it caused the opponent to rage quit. So here I am, giving it some more life to see if I can actually finish a game - or will it make more players annoyed beyond belief?!

How would you counter against this deck? Played against one before and I got mushed.

Some decks struggle against it, I would say TM Devolution would be good to slow it down - you really want to try and prevent Gengar from arriving, so target Gastly before it can become a threat!
