There have been quite a few geese around my school lately, now that I am independent and can make my own decisions, I have chosen to catch one for snuggle reasons so thank you on the instructions
Glad to see you caught it and helped the poor goose out! You have some "mad skills" when catching Mr. Goose... thanks for helping out nature! We appreicate it! Kym
OMG there's an Egyptian goose by our pond that has the exact same crap wrapped around his foot for SIX MONTHS. His foot just hangs and is four times the size it should be and I absolutely can't catch him. My heart is broken, he stopped eating and can't even lay down because it hurts so he stands on one leg, he must be so exhausted. I would give everything I own if someone could help me catch him. Great job catching this one. *But did you know if you feed them bread, it bloats them and they feel full and won't eat the correct food that gives them nutrients like calcium and niacin. It also creates the bad algae that kills everything in the water.* I'm assuming you just gave them bread to make this video hopefully.
Thank you for these videos. There is a juvenile Canada goose who I have to catch tomorrow. He has fishing line around his wing. I didn't know how to catch him, until now. His family is being very protective. Any further advice other than what you show in your videos?
@@Wildrsq ok lol very kind of you, I saw your other goose rescues, too. I want you to know that I really appreciate what you're doing, I love canada geese.

That's not the kinda bird that's gonna be comfortable to do.
Me watching this because it's 1am and I'm going to attempt to catch a goose later because my girlfriend said she wanted one
You should only catch geese if you’re going to rescue them from being injured. Geese aren’t meant to be pets.
@@rosethehat2073 I wasn't gonna keep it lmao just take a picture. I didn't do it anyway
its been a year did you catch it?

Yes. If you PM me i will give you my phone # and I will try to help catch the poor goose.
Aw, thanks, but I'm in Chester County, PA. And the goose has become quite elusive. The whole family disappeared.
its been 4 years, I really hope this goose has been captured
@@CA58CA it's been 4 years and 3 weeks....he's so damn elusive
Thank you!! Poor guy had crap around both ankles!!
You caught it! Nice 👍
You are a hero
very nice
Great job, thank you!
Great catch! people need to stop littering their damn fishing lines, I see littered lines everywhere at Burke Lake where I’ve been feeding the geese.
We have one with fishing line around both legs he flys off before we can catch him.
This is helpful I have. A hurt geese and I’m trying to rescue it I’m just scared it’s going to bite
It has no teeth
Just let the bastard die… awful bird
Where I live the geese hardly even care about there own goslings.
Like most human parents
Geese are super parents, don't talk nonsense.
Dinner time!
How to get your eyes pecked out.
You ever get attacked by geese?
No not really. They can't really hurt you if they did. Thanks for watching
Yeah good job 👍
And then what???? He just walks off carrying it like a football... will we ever find out what happened next
Brought it to the vet to be treated

What's the risk of it crapping all over you when you grab it like that ..
Pretty close to 100%. LOL
Hope someone didn’t call the police
im never paying for my Christmas goose again ;)
What's that green yellow stain
It's feces
The goose play in mud
gös
I will be testing this later
I might catch a goose later because I want one
Isn’t he abusing the goose?
I was rescuing the goose. Then I brought it to a veterinarian for treatment. How is that abuse?
@@Wildrsq you literally fell on it
Is this legal, we have a bet going at work.
Yes it is legal if you are a volunteer for a licensed wildlife rescue.
The goose was immediately brought to a licensed wildlife rehabber or a licensed vet
You have no idea how much danger you're in.
Why?
