    here I am with a 60 MIN FULL BODY Power Workout DB! This workout will be knee friendly, which means no big jumps, no squats, no lunges again, but not less intense & still very sweaty! 😉💦

    I grabbed 2x 8 KG for your reference. But make sure to make this workout as intense as it can be for you.

    Kathrin, dieses Workout war meine Rettung heute. Ich muss gerade meine Hüfte etwas schonen, aber, nach einem stressigen Arbeitstag wollte ich es einfach nur knallen lassen. Und hier konnte ich mich wirklich austoben ohne zig Squats und Lunges zu machen. Ich fühle mich jetzt einfach mega gut.     Thank you for low impact workouts. I have a knee injury and no squats or jumping allowed for awhile. This was great to have as a resource to still get a good glow and burn! 🤲🏼💪

    Thank you Kathrin for such a challenging and tough, yet knee friendly workout. There is a serious lack of such workouts and I will be repeating this often. Most knee friendly workouts tend to be easy and use a variety of support options. Not this one though! Challenging and sweaty…loved the combination with core.

    Also welches Kommentar ich gestern gepostet hatte weiß ich nicht mehr, aber ich habe heute morgen dank dir mein Hintern direkt ins Gym geschleppt 😅und das um 6:30 Uhr raus aus der Komfortzone und habe wieder mal ein geniales Workout von dir durch gezogen nämlich dieses mit sogar mehrmals 9kg 🎉🎉 bin somit einfach mal wieder dank dir voller power in den Tag gestartet und es war genial 🤩 ❤
