here I am with a 60 MIN FULL BODY Power Workout DB! This workout will be knee friendly, which means no big jumps, no squats, no lunges again, but not less intense & still very sweaty! 😉💦

Thank you Kathrin for such a challenging and tough, yet knee friendly workout. There is a serious lack of such workouts and I will be repeating this often. Most knee friendly workouts tend to be easy and use a variety of support options. Not this one though! Challenging and sweaty…loved the combination with core.
