Can we use this multiple times for same sample. Means I have to concentrate same protein with same buffer after 1 month then can I store this? If yes then how we store it?

How much volume would I get back from 10 ml of cell culture supernatant using the 3kDa cutoff?

What is the " printed sample window"? For fixed angle rotors, it's membrane facing outwards or membrane parallel to the radius? Thanks.

Hi Dennis. Thanks for your question.
If for example, you had 35 mL of your sample and wanted to spin down all of it, you are welcome to spin down smaller volumes until all 35 mL of your sample is spun down.
However, if you are referring to re-using the concentrator for different sample preps, unfortunately, these concentrators are one sample per use.
For any additional questions, please contact thermofisher.com/askaquestion. Thank you
