    Recipe for: Gluten Free Bread With Only 6 Ingredients. No Kneading, Natural, Vegan, with Buckwheat Flour. Easy Recipe!
    Necessary products:
    400 g of buckwheat flour
    30 g of sugar
    8 grams of salt
    7 grams of dry yeast
    20 ml. oil
    460 ml. lukewarm water
    Method of preparation:
    Sift the flour.
    Add the sugar, salt and yeast to the flour.
    Mix the dry ingredients well.
    Add the water and oil.
    Mix until you get a thick smooth paste.
    Cover the bowl with cling film.
    Let the mixture rise at warm room temperature for about 1 hour.
    Transfer the mixture to a baking dish lined with baking paper (sizes 32/13/7).
    Spread the mixture evenly.
    Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees, without a fan, in the lower part of the oven, for 20 minutes.
    Reduce the temperature to 180 degrees and bake for another 20 minutes.
    Leave the bread for 10 minutes in the pan, then remove it and let it cool completely.
    Slice the bread and enjoy!
    Advices:
    If you have a smaller baking dish, you can use that. This will make the bread taller.
    The bread is not fluffy like gluten flour, but it is tasty and has a nice texture.
    For a richer taste, you can add other spices to the dough, such as cumin, oregano or thyme.

    Със кимион и билки ще е вкусен никога не съм пробвал хляб със кимион а той цял или стрит може да се добави може ли да се запече на сух тиган предварително за да си освободи ароматите?

      Да, стрит в хаванче или на прах на сух тиган и след това към тестото става много ароматен хляба. Също така може да се поръси със семена, може да се добавят сушени плодове. Всичко е въпрос на импровизация и добро съчетаване на продуктите!
