I'm 6'2 and I have no issues with it. Even in the back seats it's good. I do think that the e71 has less in the back seats though.

It's all to do with maintenance and possibly where you keep your car.
Mechanically, it's almost bulletproof if you change the oil yearly and keep up with the general maintenance like gearbox and diff fluid around 70.000 miles. The engine can do well over 200.000 miles if looked after if it's the n52, but the other 6 cylinder engines are good also.

Surprisely good, averaging around 0.8 in mixed traffic.

I love the car, to be honest. I have had no issues as of yet, and it's going on 10 months of ownership.
I always recommend getting some kind of warranty with the car when you buy it just to give you peace of mind.
