Wind chime｜Thin Wall Turning

This is an example of machining thin-walled products.
After finishing the inner diameter, the outer diameter is machined while supporting the workpiece with the center mounted on the lower tool rest. After finishing the inside diameter, the center attached to the lower tool rest supports the workpiece while machining the outside diameter. The pressing force of the center is adjusted by programming the thrust of the Z-axis servomotor.
If not programmed, the default parameter values are effective.
Compared to hydraulic control, the NTJ-100 allows for more precise adjustment.
