Luv the cutting board. Where did you get it?
What knife do you use? Love these videos. Making lion fish ceviche this week!
Hi Kimi! My hubs went diving today and shot a nice kumu. Thinking I might ceviche it too. Thanks for the idea!
Steam that baby and eat it whole!
Kimi Werner I mentioned ceviche to my hubs and he looked at me like I was crazy. Lol!! We ended up steaming it Chinese style with ginger and cilantro.
Filet the fish and rock the baby. I love it mama ❤️🤩
Is that Marie Sharp Belizean chilli sauce?! Yum!!
This recipe looks AMAZING. I am going to give it a go tonight. How does one do a kitchen counter top compost bin like you have? I see it is glass with a bowl on top?
We just put our scraps there while cooking then transfer to our compost bucket. Then the North Shore Community Compost Movement has their crew come pick it up and drop it off to local farms!
Hi Kimi! Love this recipe, can’t wait to try it out! Which herb would you use instead of coriander? I can’t stand it (I blame my genes) but would like to keep the herby flavor. Thanks!!
Haha maybe italian parsley?
HOLA!! I Just found your channel and I'm binge watching it. I did want ask, where did you get you cutting board. Is there a specific brand name. It be great to know, I'd love to get one like it.

I live in the woods...what is the best inland to use for this recipe
(Fish come in frozen.)
Better you put up.. a restaurant...God will bless you and your family...
Ceviche is from Peru! You should mention that first thing!
I miss seeing new videos so much
Would like to see Lomilomi salmon. Thanks.
Thanks for the tips on cutting onion kimi, have you ever try mango or papaya ceviche
I have tried Mango!
you should try adding mango
Mahalo
U squeezed out the essence of the tomato 🍅
Love it Not Our Dog lol
I will not make ceviche unless I clean the fish so I know if it is fresh. Usually has to be a fish I catch. You don't know how old the fillets are in the grocery store.
Is your filet knife commercially available?
Hiko Ito Custom Knives. Yes!
Ditto on the avo! Chee
Try using Red Onion next time. White onion's too bland.
Tomate on ceviche mmmm not a Peruvian style
Ceviche = glorified Pico!! 😆😆😆
I can tell ur husband if he's the one recording is another Harvey Weinstein.
