Seems like that town is on top of the situation with the water and dumping station, the trash cans and the parking limits. A good balance between a complete free for all and the kind of place where it feels they want to just keep you around long enough to take some money of you and have you out of their hair!
So when is the video that y'alls bikes got stolen? Yeah, youtube is doing that to a lot of the channels I'm subbed to. Took them 2 days before they showed me this one!

I would love to know where Seawind is on your build. Just saw where Ruby Rose is in there construction and it isn't anywhere close to being done. You would think after 3 long years the Boats would be closer to being finished.
But I guess I can hang in there for a week or two to see ya'll back on the water in a boat. If not I am going to have to move on.
